Just would like to share an experience with the staff at this location. WORST FRONT DESK staff ever. Rude, disrespectful, and uncooperative! If I’m coming in to an appointment and having emergency pain I expect some help or advice on what to do! Instead the staff had attitude and exposing my charts out loud! Beyond disrespectful and gross. I can’t even imagine how these people can have a job here and have people like them! You want better business how about firing the front desk staff and assistants! Will GLADLY be switching to a new provider!!!.. sometimes some people’s lives and jobs are trash they act that way as well!

Amazing staff, super patient, understanding, and they had great music! They were able to see us within two days for an urgent matter even being first time patients. I was super nervous as this was my toddler’s first time at the dentist and it was for a tooth extraction. I was also nervous since it wasn’t a pediatric specialty location but our insurance wouldn’t let us go anywhere else. My nerves were gone the second we were greeted. They put on frozen music for my daughter, were very comforting to me as the emotional parent, and made it overall better than I could have imagined. Thank you!

Got a quote a while ago for 50K as a new patient. I needed 2 root canals..fillings..whatever. I was 26 and had no pain or issues. Got a second opinion and nothing was wrong. 5 years later and I’m still fine. These people are crazy and will destroy your teeth for more money. I reported them to the board because that’s criminal.

I have always experienced thorough and effective care from Dr. Kang at Bright Now. For the past two years especially, I have learned how to better care for my own teeth and gums at 84 yrs!! Yesterday, I also had X-rays, a complete cleaning, and a thorough gum check from the new dental hygienist, Erin; she was unusually gentle yet careful and I'm convinced, thorough. I feel with these two specialists I have excellent dental care. The two receptionists and bookkeepers have gone out of their ways to answer my occasional questions and smoothly refunded monies that had accrued from an unexpected insurance payment. My visit yesterday indicated that I may need a root canal review in the near future, but I know I am and will be in experienced and caring hands on Redwood Road inCastro Valley.
