After five days since placing the order, I receive an email saying the product is out of stock and the order is cancelled. Additionally, the message said a refund had been issued. So far, no refund is pending for that card. Terrible experience, definitely do not recommend to anyone who's time is valuable.

I received an email from the company for use of Trust* to rate them. I am hoping that this rating will still help. I placed an order for some medical supplies and called the corporate office for assistance. The Specialist that I spoke with took care of the order for me to make sure that it was done. I got my order within a matter of about a week, so I am excited and very happy to do this review here. The order was correct and the amount charged to my account was correct. Kudos to Express Med. I will be ordering from them again.

I used ExpressMed 3/5/2019 at a great price. I did not enroll in automatic shipping, because money has to be there before I order. What I have seen by other people, this company fills their order for whatever the going price is, not what you think you are locking in. I went online to place an order in May. Ordering the same exact order, the cost jumped by 50.39 for the same exact order placed in March with only a 10% discount. The jump in price I didn't have enough to actually place an order. I got an email 5/10 at 9:02 am telling me my order was still in my cart at 125.99. I went in to pay for my order at 2:00 pm and now the cost was 139.99. I was hot! Why send an email out and then changed the price not even hours after sending it? I spoke to my husband and he said since I was running out and needed the product go ahead and pay for it and we will try and find another way. So I placed my order on Saturday 5/11 with a 10% coupon making the 139.99, 125.99. It arrived on Friday 5/17, I was very please with the whole process of the first order, am not pleased with the company raising the price by 50.39 in less then 2 months for the same exact order. I was also wondering why I am receiving boxes marked for Medicare/Medicaid Beneficiaries ONLY. I am not one and have not applied any benefits to this purchase. I asked if this an error on my first order. Never got a response and now my second order says the same thing. This seems a little shady to me.

We placed an order online (with free shipping) and they didn't include the gauze pads when they shipped the order. When we tried to rectify the issue, they told us that they no longer carried that item. They could give us a comparable product but we would have to pay the full shipping price. Poor service!

ExpressMed, when buying medical supplies online I haven't found anyone better! I started buying my diabetes testing supplies from this company about 6 months ago after my doc told me to check them out. I get my strips cheaper than what I paid through my insurance, especially since I like to test more frequently than they will pay for.

Since then I have purchased a walker for my wife, some amazing wound dressing for my foot, and even found a great deal on sunscreen! They always seem to have some sort of promotion going on so you can save more and they have lots and lots of products to choose from.

I'm surprised about the last review because I recently ordered some of the ketone strips without realizing it wouldn't work with my Contour meter. I called in, got the nicest lady on the phone right away and they were able to ship me the NovaMax meter I needed to test my ketones for the strips I bought with no additional shipping and gave me the meter for almost nothing. Oh and got the meter just two days later! Great company and will be a long time customer.
