I would like to let you know that I had full right knee replacement surgery on November 15, 2024. Mona Tsai was the physical therapist that came to my home during the first three weeks after my surgery. This was an extremely critical time as I was in so much pain from the surgery. Mona was so helpful, upbeat, and nice. She helped me through the most excruciating time of my recovery from my surgery. What I liked the most about Mona was her incredibly positive personality and her knowledge of physical therapy. I was looking forward to seeing Mona during those early challenging times of my recovery. I would like to recognize Mona for her excellent work in physical therapy.

Vince did a great job of getting me back up and on my feet in very short order following my hip replacement surgery. It was extremely comforting to work with someone who is so knowledgeable and experienced in rehab efforts, and who takes the time to explain each exercise and its purpose in detail. I highly recommend Vince to anyone who needs physical therapy in the comfort of their own home to recover from any kind of joint replacement surgery!

My mother has had a wound for over a year now and we got referred to archer Health. We had a wonderful nurse for a while, but she ended up getting another job because she wasn’t treated properly at archer health… After that it was downhill. My mother’s wound needs to be changed in the morning and in the evening because of how wet it gets throughout the night. We are up throughout the night with pain and agony so being ready for a nurse at 8 o’clock in the morning is difficult for us considering I’m the only caregiver for two elderly sick adults. We asked for the nurse to come between 930 and 10 in the morning because my mother can’t wait much longer after 10 to have her wound changed and if they come in the afternoon, there would be nothing to do because I would have already changed her bandage so it didn’t make sense for somebody to come at 12 o’clock in the afternoon … Same with the evening, we needed somebody to come around three or 4 o’clock in the evening that’s about the time that the bandage would need to be changed again. But they couldn’t accommodate that schedule. Because of the scheduling, they dropped us. We are in Need of help in regards to affording supplies and also myself having help changing my mom‘s bandage a few times a week because my workload is unbelievably difficult. When the nurses came, they would rush and hurt my mother and not even wrap her leg wound properly to keep it dry. It was the most disgusting rushed insensitive care experience that we have ever experienced. I do not recommend this company to anybody with loved ones. The one good nurse that they did have left the company because they took advantage of her. They lost a really good employee.

We have had the pleasure of working with Vince Sabio, a Physical Therapist. He is cordial, patient and considerate. He also was very expeditious in getting the VA to order our portable door ramp and the Sara Steady for my disabled husband. I would highly recommend him.
