I'm am beyond pleased with Medspañol! I was referred to them by my husband because I was having weight loss issues. Before I became a patient, I was experiencing weight gain, blood sugar issues, inflammation in the joints in my fingers and allergies. Once I became a patient I expressed how much I wanted to lose weight and was very well educated by Ivan about Ozempic. I decided to give it a go. When I started in October 2024 I believe I was 146/148 and now I'm currently 130 as of 01/27/25. I would say I lost a pound per week which I love because it didn't fall off too fast for me. The inflammation in my joints are completely gone! My blood sugar is great, I can now consume sugar without falling asleep. Ivan recommended the Dutch hormone test to me, I took it and it revealed my cortisol levels were drastically going up every morning. After speaking with Ivan about my results it made me think and I realized it was the allergies I experienced every morning for over 2 years. I realized that during the time my allergies started is when I purchased a down comforter with feathers that caused this 2 plus year allergies and stress on my body. Had Ivan not recommended that Dutch test to me, I'd still be struggling with severe allergies and high cortisol levels. I am beyond grateful for Medspañol because my health was on a big decline now I'm doing great physically and mentally. Wow! Talk about an innovative concept for a business. I have been thinking a lot about trying a hydration IV therapy for some time now. When I met Ivan and Sonia I knew this was the team I wanted taken care of me! Not only is Ivan (Physician Assistant) well versed and knowledgeable but he also has incredible chair side manner and takes his time to make sure that any and all questions are addressed. Ivan’s assistant Sonia is just a breath of fresh air! From setting up my appointment and explaining what I should expect to the checking out and rescheduling, you can tell she truly enjoys what she does. Their clinic is clean and cozy. Don’t get too comfortable in the waiting room though because they are on top of it! I barely sat down before they were ready for me. They offer so many amazing services that I’ve done nothing less than become a walking talking promotion for them. It’s so refreshing to have a local business such as MedSpanol right here in Hayward!

They even sponsored our community event in October last year, which shows how invested they are in supporting Hayward.
