I was dealing with a rare situation where my taste altered. Had seen other urgent care and primary care doctors both told me the issue was uncommon. Dr. Lin was knowledgeable about my encounter, and discussed my options. 2 months later, my taste finally came back normal. I walked in the room at my follow up appointment, and told dr. Lin that I was feeling better. She had the greatest smile and you can tell she is so happy to hear her patient is better. I was touched by her smile. My other family members have also seen by Dr. Lin for other reasons in the past. We all think Dr. Lin is a knowledgeable, kind and caring doctor.

I would give her a negative star if I could. Dr. Jiahui Lin is rude, passive aggressive, unprofessional and has horrible bedside manners. She was very dismissive during my visit with her and when a question was asked, she would answer you with a question sarcastically. You’re better off googling than to have a visit with her. Would never go back to see her again.

I was nervous coming to Dr. Lin, as I had heard of the types of procedures that ENTs do and knew that may be a possibility. Dr. Lin listened to my problems and nicely laid out her thoughts and options for me to look into it further. She was not pushy at all. I opted to get the scope done, going up my nose and down my throat. I was extremely nervous for it, and it went great! Dr. Lin was super quick and efficient and I felt nothing. I could not believe it. And to top it off, she has great personality, fun to talk to!

Dr Lin is very personable. She listens, gives options, and advocates for the best soputions for me. She advocated for me to have an operation on my nose due to the severe allergies I was experiencing, and since then, I've been allergy free for over 2 years. Excellent care and a great person!

Although I haven't been to see Dr Lin yet I have heard tremendous things about her. The reason for this review is based on Andrea I believe she's the manager of ENT in Sutter health. If it wasn't for her I don't believe I would have been able to even see the ENT . They are extremely busy and have a lot of patients. Also I have to say thank you to Allison who helped me with my Sutter health online app. So I can get in sooner if anybody cancels. For I have a swelling Mass lump in my neck. But I believe with this appointment coming up Dr Lynn is going to address my issues and I'm going to be healthy and free of any more pain amen 🙏.
Oh yes one more shout out to Kutana who helped me put all my Medi-Cal and Medicare information in. Thank you much Sutter health team looking forward to my upcoming appointment

We found Dr.Lin to have a good personality and very friendly. We asked for a hearing test, but she said she did not have enough staff to do a hearing test, but she gave a list of places to get a hearing test . She told us we could a free hearing test at any Costco, so we plan to get a hearing test at Costco.
