This team of misfits almost killed me 5 years ago and because of their incompetence I am still dealing with what happened to me. I mean seriously-who gives someone with a hole in their bowel, laxatives?
I lived, that's the only reason I can't sue. I just got out of the hospital again due to their tender care 5 years ago. Their office manager is a cold monster. It doesn't matter what your told or what's on your physical discharge paperwork from the hospital, she simply looks in your chart and reads off what she likes. She doesn't listen to a word you say.
Office staff notorious liars regarding orders and continuity of care. They supposedly put in an order for a test for me 3 days ago. I called hospital and office, then my insurance. They just put in the order-after I called and bugged them.
If you are ever unfortunate enough to be a patient of theirs good luck. Like I said I almost died at their hands and am still paying the price. I'd never use them again, but I'm stuck as they are affiliated with the closest ER to me. I am in and out of the hospital bi-monthly. Still looking for a good lawyer.

I don't appreciate receiving a 90-day past due bill 3 days after I received the first bill from you. Especially since it took you 9 months to adjudicate my claim and get around to billing me. If you're going to treat me, then treat me with respect!
