I really like Simon Med Imaging center because for one of the Facility is very clean. Those that are working there are all very helpful, patient, understanding, and very respectful. I was taking in quickly and got my images done without delay and I was off on my way to continue the rest of my day. I didn’t have to wait hours as I have had to in other places so everything about Simon Med Imaging is just wonderful thank you.

1 star because I can’t figure out to rate them lower than that.

Took 2 weeks to make an appointment because they kept claiming that scheduling was down.

When I was finally able to schedule an appointment, they changed the time the afternoon before the appointment WITHOUT contacting me.

When I arrived for my appointment, after taking off of work and taking making medication, the receptionist told me the appointment had been changed AGAIN!

When I explained that I had taken off of work and had to take medication for the appointment, the receptionist offered no solutions and claimed they have no input in scheduling because it is handled by someone in a completely different state that has no connection to the actual office!

Wasting people’s time and zero accountability!!! Worst experience I’ve ever had!

From start to finish, everything was excellent and done professional. Securing an appoint was easy and simple. on the day of the appt, i was greeted, checked-in, prepped for the procedure and voila, all done. Every staff member interacted with was friendly, courteous, and super nice. The place was very clean too.

I liked that they had late appointments available. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and nice. The lady who did my MRI was very thorough and made the whole experience very easy.

This was my first time there and I must say the bar was set very high
So professional from front desk to back room.
My new insurance card I hadn't received and the old was missing some new info… together the front desk assistant, myself and insurance advocate worked together to resolve the issue.
So I was able to get my MRI done as scheduled and time.

The worst experience I’ve ever had! I was lost for an hour looking for the building. When I called to let them know I was lost it wasn’t the actual place I was going but a call center who had no idea where I was at or how to help me get there. When I asked to actually speak to someone in the actual building where I was headed to I was put on hold and told that they’d connect me but when the next person answered it was the call center again not knowing where I was at. I was lucky because I happened to try the back of the back of the parking lot. It’s not in the back but behind the back of the parking lot. This is not something they tell you so beware!! The poor receptionist was getting yelled at for the companies incompetence when I arrived for the man there already had driven all the way from truckie and was told if I canceled my appointment he’d be seen. I said that’s not gonna happen because they already canceled on me twice before actually going to the MRI! I think the unnecessary stress could have been avoided by just them given the patient’s better direction and access to call the actual building where your scheduled to go. It wasn’t the staff they were fantastic!

The technicians made me feel comfortable from the beginning, they were Ollie and Brad. I also appreciated the music/headphones to distract from the noise of machine - game changer!!
