Everyone here was so kind, the receptionist, the med assistant, and Dr. Woods. It felt like they all genuinely cared about their patients and made me feel comfortable, as I just moved back into the area.

I've been coming here for years. I bring my 4 kids here also and Amy Woods is amazing person! She's always been extremely caring towards all our needs and has never disappointed me! Also the staff is amazing! I love everyone in this office, they actually care about you.

I feel absolutely blessed to have found this place. The staff are amazing, yes they've had their fare share of turn-over, as many small clinics go through from time to time. They always have my son and my health as their first priority. And sometimes it may not always turn out exactly as I asked for, but I have found that Mrs. Amy Woods truly listens and most of all, treats her patients with their best possible care! Anytime I or my son has ever been referred or needed anything the clinic didn't provide, they are spot on in finding the best fit! They are a small town, small practice where a lot of the employees roles overlap at times, but I could not be happier with the care I have received over the last couple years!

I arrived with my sick son 45 minutes before our appointment as I was told to do. I was told he would need to be tested prior to his appointment. Ok I got there on time and called to say I was in the parking lot. I gave them the color, make, and model of my car when they asked me-twice. An hour later I called to see if they had forgotten about us. They said they tried calling me several times and left a message. They said they came out but they didn’t see my car. I was in the car with my sick son obsessively looking around and waiting for someone while constantly checking my phone. I was transferred many time and one person laughed at me. When my call was redirected to the front desk again, the girl argued with me. They insinuated that I was lying. My sick son will remain sick and I’m out the remainder of my day and the remainder of my patience. Don’t degrade yourself by going here. The staff is disrespectingly unprofessional. They insisted they called me( no missed calls), and they left a voicemail(no voicemail). I even verified my number with them twice. Either they messed up and just couldn’t admit it or they’re just always this terrible. But my son likely has an infection and will have to suffer another day with an awful earache because of this office’s incompetence. I’m writing this to save someone else the trouble. They will still get business despite this review, and they won’t care at all how I feel. They made that perfectly clear on the phone. But maybe those who read this will be saved the annoyance I’ve been put through.

This doctor only cares about herself. She will charge your account saying she did other things. She is a scammer and does not care about other people in pain...i went here twice to get a mri the doctor said nothing is wrong and to go back to work!!!!. After a second oppion. From a differnt office turns out i need back surgery and that im unable to work doctors orders.... So if your reading this please do not waste your time or money and instead go to huntsville sliding scale... Might wait extra time but it is worth the time to get a correct diagnosis and to get treated correctly...do not go to Dr. Goetsch in athens she needs to be fired and her license pulled!!!

Never had a problem. Amy gets down with telling like it is. I rather face the truth then have a Doctor diddle around. So if you are looking for someone who cares. Amy is the person.

Gross incompetence, Gilligan with a prescription pad! Won't do anything but take all your money. Excellent staff tho. You can park or sit anywhere you want cause no one else is there! See Above.....
