Patient services could use improvement. I was randomly rescheduled for an additional two months just days before my follow-up appointment, which I already waited 4 months for. When I arrived, I was told my appointment was at noon, but after showing my text reminder that it was for 12:20, the kind receptionist goes to speak with a nurse, who is clearly in view and watching us but doesn't come out to speak with me. She returns to say I'm still 8 minutes late, despite being told months earlier that there was a 15-minute grace period. They're no longer doing a grace period for patients, which wasn't communicated. Really disappointed in the nurse.

The staff and doctors here are great. I come in every week for allergy shots and everyone is always very professional and personable. I don't have to wait long at all and they do such a good job with the shots... I rarely feel anything.
