Valley Pointe is a wonderful facility! The staff are very hardworking and kind and the environment that they create is very welcoming. The facility itself is clean and the staff work very hard to be supportive to the patients in any way that they can, whether its through care, therapy or activities.

I'm vegetarian and lactose intolerant. The kitchen including their dietician do not seem to understand what vegetarianism is, they actually suggested that I can be given leafy salad as a meal. Hope they'll learn to understand about balanced plant based diet and stop giving me regular milk. Otherwise, the staff are professional, attentive and friendly.

Valley Pointe Rehabilitation Center exceeded all my expectations! The staff is incredibly caring and knowledgeable, providing top-notch care in a warm and welcoming environment. From the comfortable facility to the personalized treatment plans, I felt that my father was supported every step of the way on his road to recovery. Highly recommend! Along with this, I want to give a special shout-out to Antisha who coordinated my fathers care and stay. She made the process so quick and easy. My mom has been at Valley Pointe for almost a month after suffering a severe stroke. I specifically chose this facility, even though my mom previously lived in San Francisco, because of its five star rating from Medicare. During our time here, my mom has been treated like family. She has received excellent care from the nurses, nursing assistants, and therapy staff. I have particularly appreciated the help and expertise of the Social Services Director, Joanne. Joanne has gone above and beyond to help me navigate the incredibly challenging and frustrating insurance maze. She has made very helpful recommendations that I would never have known about if she hadn't helped me. She is very knowledgeable and compassionate, exactly the type of person that you want working in a position like this. I have also worked in healthcare and in social services, and unfortunately often there are people working in these positions who lack the compassion that is needed to deal with families going through incredibly difficult times. She has helped me through every step of this process, and I am so grateful for her and for all of the staff at Valley Pointe.

I want to express my gratitude towards VP nursing home for providing excellent care to my 93-year-old father who was recently transferred from the hospital. My father has been admitted to VP before, and he was very happy to be back in the clean environment with friendly medical staff. The nutritious food and daily enriching activities have also made a significant difference in his recovery process.

I appreciate the dedication and hard work of the Case Manager Rocio and her team, especially nurse May and physical therapist Kenny, who provided exceptional care to my father. Their professionalism, friendliness, and fluency in Chinese have made my dad feel like he is at home here.

Overall, I am very satisfied with the care and services provided by VP nursing home, and I would highly recommend it to anyone in need of quality care for their loved ones.

Valley Pointe Nursing Home was incredibly kind and supportive of my family while we had a family member in their care. Staff was generous with their time and support; when we needed to consider longer term accommodations, staff were extremely helpful and shared options and helped us determine next steps. When my father's health worsened staff ensured we could be present the whole time and supported our family as we grieved. Families in need of long term care are already stressed and worried and Valley Pointe helps shoulder that burden through a difficult time. We are really grateful for the care my father received there and for the support of all the staff at Valley Pointe.
