If I could leave half a star, I would, only because the front desk staff was nice. However, once you’re taken to the exam rooms, the experience drastically changes. The blonde female ‘doctor’ was dismissive, uninformative, and lacked basic courtesy—she didn’t even introduce herself when she entered the room. Instead, she bluntly stated, ‘You can’t get on the pill; you’re not obese enough,’ without offering any alternative solutions or guidance on weight loss.

It was clear she had no time or interest in discussing other options and seemed bothered by my presence. I can’t stand medical professionals with such a dismissive attitude. Ironically, I was prescribed this medication here before, and now, at a higher weight and BMI, I’m being refused help with no explanation. This inconsistency and lack of care are unacceptable
