Worst freaking place ever to go to. They didn’t want to see my 2 year old son without his physical IEHP card. IEHP told me they would be able to access my sons accounts with his number even if the card is NOT physically with me. However the nurses did not want to even look into that.

I’ve been coming to your office for years!!!! And today I have to say I will be switching doctors!
They charge $5 for an immunization record that they already have on file and that takes time to make a new one (it’s your job), my child has been coming to your office for years, your site needs to be updated since when do you only take cash! So inconvenient, especially since it takes more than 60 days to be able to get an appointment! Good job ladies ! Waited almost 5 months for this appointment for such a disappointment!!!!!!!

I will no longer be going to this horrible pediatrician office!! My daughter was there for her 4 month vaccines and we were told that she had a 102 fever and that I needed to take her to the ER immediately. Mind you she had no temperature what so ever, they made comments stating how she sounded bad and this and that I took her to the ER and actually exposed her to the airborne sickness just for 6 doctors yes 6 different doctors saying my daughter was a vision of health the only thing she had was phlegm that I needed to just let her fight on her own, they ran test and even told me how a supposed 102 fever magically reduced to 97.8 in a matter of 30 min with no medication was impossible! I informed them of all the test the doctors requested and how they refused to give her the vaccines she was there for to get because of the fever she supposedly had and to they’re surprise they simply told me my daughter was fine and to find a more professional pediatrician I have the reports and statement that I asked the hospital to provide me with because I will be reporting the unprofessional interaction I had at this office!! I even let them know how they kept her vaccination card because they had already stamped it stating they’d given her the vaccine she went in for even tho it wasn’t done and they gave me a looked that just made it more clear on how horrible this visit was!

Very thorough and straight forward doctor. She cuts straight to the point and I respect that about her. Her two staff members are always pleasant and helpful. Yes, her appointment schedule can be pretty far out, but we're always willing to wait. We know where to go if we have a dire emergency. Doctors with her type of knowledge and views on medicine are hard to find nowadays. We typically get seen within 15-20 mins. Yes, there's been a couple times we've waited a little longer. However, we also understand emergencies happen and not every appointment is an easy one for her to address. We know that if she's running late, usually it's because she had to take a little extra time with someone before us, and we respect that. Some people have forgotten the rough times we are currently under. Dr. Pacold and her two girls work very hard to provide the care and services that they do at the best of their ability. I'll say, her staff size has definitely shrunk in size. But these two girls accomplish more by themselves than when the doctor had a full size staff. I'm sure they do not get paid enough for the stress, negative feedback, and harsh rude people who literally shout in their faces (have personally witnessed this in the office). We're blessed to have them back open and attending to us.

Horrible Doctor!!! and this was just on the first visit. There was very little activity in her office and I waited longer than I expected. I was just going to a wellness checkup, and immediately without communicating with me about missing vaccination shots for my son I rejected only because I was caught off guard. I tried communicating my concerns of the vaccines and all she did was referred to the deadly consequences of not taking vaccinations. No other explanation, just straight to fear factor. After I wished to have some time, she wrote me off as refusing to take vaccines and wanted me to sign a refusal form, because I wanted to end my appointment without vaccines until further research. I felt rushed, coerced, and it was unprofessional. Never again, and never have I felt so belittled at a doctor's office.

Please update your website to indicate that children are not allowed in the office. I waited months for an appointment for an extremely urgent and serious medical problem and was turned away due to having my son with me. I was never notified or instructed that children were no longer permitted. The website says this is a family practice and children are also seen in the office. I now have to wait another 2 months to be seen elsewhere, as I rapidly lose mobility and sensation in my spine and feet. I have emailed regarding this issue and have received no response. I always had a good experience in the past and was able to bring my child with me. This was quite upsetting.
