My first experience with EH ER. I went in at 7:20am on a Sunday morning with extreme back spasms and am in excruciating pain. The check in nurse very nice got me a wheel chair and checked me in. Triag nurse was ok. A bit curt. I see the triag Dr was pretty good and said they would get me in soon and medicate. Hours (6 to be exact) i finally get medication. I waited for 6 hours in excruciating pain and constantly felt like i was treated like a drug addicted trying to get a fix. I haven’t been to the ER in over 6 years (for the same issue), and I’m treated like I’m seeking drug. It’s ridiculous!!!!! Drug companies and Dr.s created this drug addiction mess and now they treat everyone like they’re addicts. Shame on you when honest people sit around in pain in a hospital for a crisis you created.

Last nite I was frantic as my dad was is in the ICU ... I am so beyond grateful for RN nurse Nathan calm me down updated me and my dad and situation kept me calm assured me that he was having the best care possible... The relief I felt just from the demeanor and the calmness of the nurse was such a blessing. My dad's been in 3 hsps over the last 20 days and Im just thankful that RN nurse was there last nite during my hecticness . Overall just great experience through my overwhelming experience with my father in and out of hospitals and I'm very appreciative of it...

My first experience with EH urgent care was good. But now trying to schedule an appointment with a primary care doctor is impossible. They won't pick up the phone and they don't call me back. It's really sad. I was hopeful health care in the Dez would be good but it's not with these people.

Update: Eisenhower to their credit has responded both to my review and by email. They seemed to take my feedback seriously and that's good. When dealing with healthcare you'd like to think the provider cares about you. I hope things go well in the future.

Last month I had a bad epilepsy seizure (after nearly 30 years) and all the staff was very caring, they kept an eye on me every single second. Also my mom was in the hospital on February 14th and as I can’t drive at the moment and couldn’t get anyone to take me to the hospital to pick her up, the staff tried all they could so my mom could return home, thank you!

Need to review security staffing. I have been in the ER for several hours. It’s busy, I get that, but I get called by a nurse and asked to stand by a door while he gets another patient as well and the security guard almost immediately tries to kick me out because I’m standing by the door. Once done with my CT I went back to the lobby and sat towards the back where I was before and wait for results. Thought I heard my name called and went to the front, but it wasn’t me so I stayed next to a pillar. He approaches me again, tries to kick me out AGAIN, claiming he say me with the woman in the chair next to me all day and she was called back. I showed him my wrist band and reminded him he tried kicking me out earlier, unjustly, and now here he is again. Then he cops (no pun intended) an attitude with me. Tall skinny guy, maybe in his 50’s. Seriously needs to chill out.

My mom is a patient and every time I try to ask what's going on even with the safety code they blow me off and don't answer any question very unprofessional and unpleasant conduct from the nurses and staff. People are rude and inconsiderate my mom has had the worst care here. It used to be such a caring place and I don't know what has happened but it's gone down hill. The staff got upset at my mom for asking to fill up her water cup and then took multiple hours for it to get done so we had to buy water and bring it in for her. No fluid restriction just too lazy to do it.

I had the best experience at this hospital in the ER. I arrived a little before 2 am and was out by 3am. I went in with an extreme ear ache that felt like it was going to explode. They were able to attend to me right away. Thank you Kimberly Uggiano.
