I have been going here for around 5 years now. My only complaint is since they are mostly residents I have had at least 4 different doctors over 5 years. But it also means you can get appointments quickly. Ever one of the doctors I have had has been really great! And the staff as well! They are very patient with me as I have multiple medical issues. They take time to listen and address all the issues I come to them with. That is why I have stayed despite the musical chairs with doctors.

I am a new patient to this office. The moment I walked in I was greeted by a welcoming, helpful and kind receptionist. I was then called in by Marcela who also had a smile, and was friendly and polite . The Dr was caring and took her time, I didn’t feel rushed she was very thorough and I appreciate that she suggested a few options to help with my pain and “get to the bottom” of the issue. The Dr also recapped my file and medical history asking questions as I am a new patient and I was very pleased . The wait from waiting area to seeing the Dr was not more than 20 minutes, the facility was clean and overall I have a very great experience. Thank you to all!

I stopped myself from posting a bad review last year because of rude office staff. I can say now that this doctors office is mismanaged and so poorly run they are a med mal lawsuit waiting to happen. You can call every week for a month asking for your very important cancer related test results, only to find out the office hasn't even sent the referral for you or ordered your tests.DESPITE THE FACT THAT IVE ALREADY CALLED THE REFERRAL OFFICE ASKING ABOUT THE TESTS. And you can forget ever getting a call back from anyone, you'll be lucky if they answer the phone.
So, if I do have breast cancer I'll now find out months later simple because no one in this office cares enough to make sure it's managed correctly. I WOULDNT EVEN BRING MY DOG HERE TO HAVE IT PUT TO SLEEP. If they're supposedly training doctors, this place is a joke and should be shut down.

Vanessa was very nice and she had great customer service. I was also very pleased with both Dr. Minh and Dr. Luke. I felt they were very thorough during my exam and very caring.

Thursday, September 26th, (10 AM) not sure what grouchy woman they have sitting at the front desk answering phones, she is obviously not happy that she has a job to pay her bills with, cuts me off, and laughed when I asked for something that the pharmacist told me to ask for if I ever needed refills! C'mon yall, I know your just medical assistants but no need to be rude! This is actually a business that my insurance pays for...get your staff some training on how to BE RESPECTFUL TO PATIENTS!

Rude staff, no follow-up. No returned calls. Not sure what they do here since patient care is not a priority. The office staff should be replaced they are miserable and rude. Great seeing the residents but not the attending who un-necessarily exert their dominance through ridiculous tests and referrals etc..avoid this practice at all costs you'll just waste your time and end up frustrated.

If I could give a negative star I would they said they couldn’t see my 6 month old for 2 weeks and she’s sick what is the point of a primary care office to see you when they refuse any word of what to do or even offer to talk to a nurse etc HORRIBLE
