I learned more in a 35min apt than I've ever learned at any pap right at a gyno. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and inclusive. It's always an awkward experience but they made it so much better by just chatting like we were at lunch lol. I felt safe here and I appreciate that more than anything.

idk what I would do without planned parenthood - they do more for my reproductive health than my gyno ever has. & the girls here are so nice! the wait is a little long so give yourself a couple hours for an appt.

The staff was incredibly friendly, and everyone was kind during my visit. While I didn't give it a full 5 stars, it's mainly because I believe they could improve their scheduling, as I experienced a significant wait. Let’s Be honest. Nobody likes going to Plan Parenthood especially with the long wait and a lot of the workers can be insensitive or judgmental at times. My visit there I was lucky enough to have Kim and Leslie as my nurse and doctor. They were FANTASTIC every step of the way! From making me feel comfortable to not passing any judgment to being understanding and listening to all my questions and just overall outstanding customer service. Thank you ladies! It’s women like you that make this world a better place to live in 🫶🏻

Sweetest nurses and staff , I was so scared at first but the nurses helped me calm down and made the whole procedure less scary , I know everyone’s experience is different but don’t feel discouraged to come here just bc other people had bad experiences

I have visited this location twice and the staff members have displayed rude attitudes on both occasions. Clients who come into planned parenthood are vulnerable and without a doubt every time I have visited I have seen the staff treats patients with low ammounts of respect and attitude. Very sad to witness.

They are the sweetest staff ever! I went in today, yes they sometimes might take a while but this is because they make every patient feel like they’re worth their time and make us feel more comfortable by taking their time to get to know us a little. It’s completely worth it! All of the women there are great and seem to love their job! One of the best experience with customer service!

I had an apt at 3:30 and waited an hour to get called and still nothing I had to leave and reschedule my apt to come back another day a week later here I am again they scheduled me for 12:10 for them to tell me they can’t see me till 1 PM so what’s the point of apts if they ain’t gonna see you at the apt they give you! This is ridiculous people have places to be at.
