Yes there is a wait if you decide to pop out of the blue, especially midday. However, the staff is kind and respectful.

I would highly suggest you make an appointment or walk in when they open. I think the DOCK would benefit most from an online appointment system or a way to book appointments while closed during after hours and weekends.

The reason for a 1 star is the fact their policy on a first come first serve is not accurate nor acceptable when it comes to health care. Those individuals seeking information or treatment have to wait 2-3hrs before being seen. It’s in the patients quality of care that this place gives a piece of mind to those who want the respect they deserve with their time.

THEY HAVE NO PROBLEM TAKING FEDERAL FUNDS, AND YET, THEY TOSS VETERANS AND THEIR SPOUSES TO THE CURB AND DENY THEM CARE.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST EXCUSE FOR A CLINIC IN THE ENTIRE COACHELLA VALLEY!!!!

I don't know why this place doesn't have higher stars. First time getting tested they made me feel really comfortable and explained well. My physician was super sweet . Can't wait to visit again definitely recommend and its easy to make an appointment. ☺
