Everybody at Inland Psychiatric is very kind and helpful from their staff to their doctors. They are also willing to try new things, such as TMS on my 17 year old daughter, when no other clinic would even consider it. It is changing her life in so many positive ways!

10/10 recommend. I have recommended this office to several close friends and family members, who need some sort of psychiatric assistance. The staff who answers calls and schedules appointments are super helpful and friendly. They call to make sure a new appointment is scheduled after a previous attended appointment. Once they see consistency in the days and times appointments are scheduled, they will automatically schedule for that time and day, which I find to be helpful. I am a long-time patient so I appreciated their doing so on my behalf. The nurse practitioner with whom I met for my treatment was always attentive to my needs and eager to assist in the areas in which I needed assistance. Miss V scheduled my most recent appointment, and she was so friendly, so helpful, just a delight to have her help me. Thank you to everyone at IMPG. You’ve all made my experience with the office and staff extremely pleasant.

If I could give this place a zero I would, first of all they act like they don’t care about your symptoms or concerns. They are never ever on time for appointments, and then they won’t tell you that they changed your appointment till hours after the original appointment is set. Customer service is bad as well, they really need to step it up here

This office rescheduled my daughter’s first appointment, she killed herself before she got to speak to a Dr. two years later they still send my daughter Happy Birthday emails even after I have called them and asked them to take her information out of their system. She never even spoke with a Dr.
