Horrendous! The restrictions they gave me were not even relevant to my injury and have prevented me from doing my job. It has been a nightmare and caused me to have to do more work and more walking, which is what actually hurts. The Dr was incredibly rude when I said I could make the follow up time they randomly gave me and refused to change it. Clearly they think they are better than their clients. He also tried to advise me on another a medical device that I needed to wear for another condition and was quite arrogant and rude about it. I will avoid this clinic at all costs in the future.

Future employer sent paperwork. When I checked in Front desk staff stated had no paper work. Informed them that everything was sent. Showed them email instructions.

This office over loads their appointment schedules for all the doctors, especially for Dr. Hanna. Each appointment I made would be 45 mins to 1.5 hours late for less than 5 mins of face time with the doctors. Pleasant medical staff once you are finally seen.

The staff at Total Care from the front desk to the back of house are all very wonderful! The wait can be long due to the high volume of patients, however, the employees do not show their stress which makes for an overall pleasant experience. 🙏
