Never worked with them. Do not know much about any of their services.

But the woman who I called to see what I can do about a newly diagnosed TBI, with psychiatric conditions. Was unwilling to listen, rude, sarcastic, and completely unhelpful.

Thank goodness I came to see the review to confirm. This is not a place to seek care.

Joanna is the receptionist I talked to I was trying to schedule an appointment for my son. She was very rude and gave me very little information on the next steps to get on schedule as a payed worker she should facilitate the scheduling process and be available to answer easy questions from new patients. Horrible service.

I am very disappointed in the care I received. Dr. Clark contradicted the initial recommendations he and his resident gave me when I followed up and I found out by reading my online visit summaries that they put errors/incorrect information in my medical records. During my follow up, he was dismissive, incomplete, and at times incorrect regarding my medical concerns. I have worked in healthcare for over 10 years and this is one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences I have had personally…it makes me feel so bad for my own patients and the experiences they tell me about.

Apathetic, uncaring, no follow up or follow through. Doctor left for two months and did not see to my continuity of care for treatment of a neurological disease. One of the worst medical offices it has ever been my misfortune to have to use.
