We were courteously greeted promptly by Peggy, excellent customer service. She offered my family and I coffee and water and she made sure to let our tax consultant know we were here, the wait was minimal. Maria Valadez was professional, and treated my family and I with courtesy, dignity and respect. Maria was very knowledgeable and guided us through our tax returns, answering all of our questions. Maria was patient and was truly concerned about us, her customer service was exemplary.

At first my husband and I were a bit nervous about getting our taxes done this year considering the mess we went through with another company last year. When we arrived here we were kindly greeted by Carmen. She was so kind and made us feel at ease. Keep in mind we have 3 young children and had to bring them along. Carmen was very patient and understanding with us and even our baby boy loved her! She was professional... Thorough... And quick! Huge rates your employer could barely speak English you had hidden fees on loans that we didn't qualify for undisclosed please Andrew employee actually gave me a false statement regarding a fee of $35 what is the likelihood of me returning next year me walking on water you guys suck at your job thank you and have a great year

I went to H&R to get my mothers taxes done, was in and out within a hour. My last years accountant took weeks before I could finally pick it up and it was right on the deadline date. So the lady that prepared everything was very nice and well informed. I totally appreciate how fast and without complication she was. I totally will return next year.

We just had the best experience, 2/18/2021 at the H&R Block at the Cathedral City, CA location. Our Senior Tax Analyst Patricia Duque was very professional, courtesy and respectful to us both. Ms Duque listened to our questions and concerns, and as she addressed our issues, we appreciated and
were impressed with her understanding knowledge of the Federal and State tax codes as she went through our returns. We went home with a great piece of mind.
