The lady I care for called to get her prescription a day later than due and the man on the phone told her she had to wait until Monday due to February having 28 days. Hmmmm that may affect next months script but has nothing to do with this months but now she has to go days without her meds and he talked to her and put her down like she’s a junky. She must be taking them out of his bottle. I also use this pharmacy and meds are never ready and they always look at you like you are beneath them and always so rude. We are all going elsewhere.

We brought my wife's grandmother's power wheel chair in back in May because it was throwing a code and wouldn't run. She's almost 90. The tech who worked on it before and found a loose wire had retired. 4 months later, same issue. My wife's uncle brought it back to them again to fix it as we weren't sure which wire was loose before. They called them saying the batteries were bad, the control board was bad and the motor was bad. It was going to cost $900 to fix.

My wife called the tech and spoke with him and asked if he could find the work order from 4 months ago to find out what wire was loose previously. The work order was nowhere to be found. She asked him to recheck ALL of the wiring to make sure everything was intact. They said they would.

She spoke to the manager and he went with everything that the tech said and ultimately decided we weren't going to repair it but just buy a new one, not from here though because they don't stand by their products or their warranties.

My wife and I went to pick it up, brought it to her uncles and wouldn't ya know, we found a loose wire, plugged it back in and the wheel chair works again.

If you don't know anything about fixing things, don't bring it here because an easy check would have seen that a wire wasn't plugged in but they were confident in charging $900 to fix something that wasn't actually broken.

I had a change in my insurance this week. I came through the drive-thru gave the lady my new insurance card and gave her the list of items that I needed and asked if they could be delivered. When they were delivered I got entirely the wrong items after the window person had written them down. Today I talked with Taylor the pharmacist at Washington Williams brothers. He was very understanding and apologetic and everything will be ready for pickup in a couple of hours. I appreciate the willingness of Taylor to listen and understand my issues. He was very professional and fixed all of the problems. Thank you very much

I am very disappointed! They received my son script at 10 am. I called to make sure they received it. I call again at 1pm to make sure it was ready for pick up, and it wasn't ready. They told me to give them 15 minutes, and it would be ready. I get there at 1:15 sat in the drive threw because my son was sleeping. Finally go to the window at 1:45 and got told it would be at least another hour. It is every time I need to pick up my sons medicine it is a fight to get it because ut is never ready.

There was a time I would not go anyplace else. Now I dread going to Williams Brothers in Washington. The prescriptions are never ready even if we called them in a day or more before. I have been multiple times and been ignored, they see you at the counter but do not come to help . I have gone day after day being told they will be in "tomorrow". I have been ignored inside, then left to go to the drive through just to get out of there. I am not sure why things are like they are now, but we have decided to go elsewhere for the time being.

My husband needs a lightweight wheelchair and he had to wait 1 1/2 months to get it because they said that his doctor kept writing the prescription wrong about it needing to be lightweight so when he finally got it, we realized that it wasn't lightweight at all, as a matter of fact it feels heavier than his old one. When he said something the guy told us that since he used Medicare they were already losing money by giving him that one and that if they gave him a lightweight one they would lose even more money so my dh is stuck with a heavy wheelchair. So, they care more about money than they do their customers. And just why did he have to wait 1 1/2 months if they knew the whole time they weren't going to give him a lightweight wheelchair anyway? He'll get his next wheelchair from somewhere else.

Horrible customer service. The help is rude, and you'll be lucky to get your medicine. They say it will be ready in an hour you call two hours later, and they'll say, "Oh, give us 15 more minutes" 15 min later and you guessed it, call and they say it still isn't ready. But will be in 10 minutes then you go to the drive wait 30 minutes to get told at the window it isn't ready still. They're a bunch of clowns. 🤡

Nate showed up on time, a rarity these days, and briefly explained to me, what the job entailed. He began installing the ceiling vent fan immediately. His assistant, Derrick, arrived shortly and began cutting on the cast iron tub. They installed the safe step, the ceiling fan and reset our toilet in just a few short hours. They cleaned up the mess and left the area spotless. The work ethic they displayed was phenomenal. Nate took the time to take photos and to brief me on the steps taken to complete the job. He and Derrick are the epitome of quality workmanship. They are truly assets to the Williams Bros. company. I would recommend them, without pause.
