These people are incompetent. I have asked for a fast acting insulin for about 7 months now and they can never deliver even after asking for them to send a new prescription and each time, they ask my pharmacy for a refill from a doctor I had three years ago.

I had nothing but issues! I wish I could find even one positive thing to say. I drove to another county to have my baby because ccpn wouldn’t allow me to go to my local hospital. (High risk btw) then the hospital had no lactation consultants available the weekend I gave birth. They told me to come back if I had any issues. I tried and they said since I discharged I couldn’t be seen. So I went to my local hospital for that. I received a bill for 400.00 and ccpn refuses to pay although the hospital they approved would NOT see me! I filed a claim and was denied but never informed that it was denied. Now I have to take it to the state level. I would just pay it but they’re MAJORLY in the wrong here! Disgusting how they treat families!

Not a fan. Told them they had the wrong number, 8-10 times and still get calls for people I never heard of. Come on guys, update your systems. Get a college kid to sit in a corner and manually update your database, its not hard or expensive.

I have never felt so unsafe in my life. This company has cause me to have severe problems with my PTSD. No one should be told its their fault, that their meds are too expensive. I have been so mistreated by CCPN San Luis Obispo. I shouldn't be having panic attacks cause by the people responsible for my healthcare. How is this acceptable? How are you okay with the people you employ hurting those they should be caring for? Saddest part the VP of CCPN only called me back after I filed a grievance. She didn't call to help keep me alive. Obviously that didn't matter to her. It's only my flipping life at risk.

I'm extremely disappointed in CCPN. They have an exclusive contract with Westpac Labs, which provides the worst service. So that means I'm given no choice but to use that lab. My insurance says they will pay for lab work elsewhere, but CCPN won't allow that, because of this financial agreement. Therefore, patients with good insurance are forced to use a company that everyone hates (check Yelp reviews of Westpac, you'll be shocked). I may change doctor to avoid CCPN, and their greedy business partnership.

After nearly 13 years of having Dr. Talieh as my primary, he kicked me off the CCPN network. Seems that Anthem Blue Cross and Medicare are out. I've had 13 brain surgeries, neck, 2 shoulders, appendectomy and countless illnesses re she's. He will not even fill out a "Continuation of Care" form to keep me. So disappointed and angry

Absolutely awful ! Dr. Brown and other doctors retired.. new Doctor, (Jillian PA) is horrible, not knowledgeable, makes you wait forever, and is completely disorganized. I have been coming here for years with NO problems… now I’d rather go to urgent care. Ridiculous! Finding new provider for my entire family.
