My daughter has very physical jobs, as a stocker and horse trainer. She has gone to this ER for issues with her arm and a severe bruise and swelling in her leg and knee. Both times, the doctors have done as little as possible and told her it was just bruising and to take ibuprofen. After going elsewhere later, she found she had two pinched nerves in her arm that required months of PT to treat and has a torn tendon in her knee and a bone bruise in her thigh, which makes it more likely to break the femur. The tendon may require surgery to repair, but the ER doctor didn't even look at her knee or order an X-ray of it. We will never use this ER again.

I’m so thankful for the Physical Therapy staff at Russellville Hospital’s Rehab Services! They’re so kind, patient, and professional. Each staff member I’ve worked with has helped me learn to manage decades of lower back pain, and I’m so grateful.

Too bad there isnt a negative star rating. This hospital is a dirty, messy, joke of a hospital with under educated staff and most doctors as well. I wouldnt recommend bringing anyone there if i was in a life threatening situation and Russellville was my only choice id say let me die. So disappointed in this facility. It was a good place once years ago but idk wat happened. Let me clarify this pertains to the e.r. dept.

Awful doctors got there doctors degree from an Apple Jax box. I sent my daughter to the we with what I believe for it to be staff infection and all he did was look at it made a comment of back in my day we would burn it off leaves the room and never comes back and we are discharged 4 hours later Dr Mahamad or however you spell his name should prolly work at McDonald’s he’d do a better job serving people with food than medical help

I had a test at the Russellville Hospital and my experience was great. From start to finish I would highly recommend this hospital imaging department for any of your test needs. The director of the department was outstanding during my visit. You will not be disappointed. Staff was friendly and just awesome. Five stars on this appointment.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I just got home from the hospital and i left feeling worse than when i walked in. it's the worst experience I've ever had at a hospital, Dr office, urgent care, all of it! The only nice thing I have to say is that I didn't have to wait very long. Probably because no one wants to come here though. That was a flag for me right away. The nurses were very officiant. After they got me checked in and everything, I wanted like an hour to see the doctor. Then I saw him for like less than 2 minutes. He pretty much told me there was nothing he could do and I'd just have to go home and see what happens. He talked to me the whole time lile I was stupid. He was not comforting or did anything to make my mind at ease. Dr. Hill was HORRIBLE.

I was very impressed with how my Son was treated in the ER..Barlee,Harry,MD and Nurse Mary Lou and Jonathan. The lady that did the CT scan too. Over all Russellville ER was fast and made us feel very welcome. Called us back as soon as we got there. Treatment was great I am thankful how wonderful they all were to my Son. My family and I would go back there..All six of us if we had too..

All the hate I've been reading made me hesitate at first, but I'm glad I went. My nurse was very nice and gave me feedback on all my questions and the Dr was awesome. I believe his name was Dr. Salhuddi and I apologize because I know I slaughtered his last name. All the hate I was seeing was from years ago so unless my visit was a rare occurrence, this place has gotten better, the rude nurses must have left or been let go. I will definitely return if needed.
