I was at this location yesterday, I arrived by 12:15. At the front desk, everybody was very professional and polite. They gave me a few forms to be filled out, mostly regarding financial responsibilities. After a short wait, I was called in by a nurse who proceeded to check blood pressure, weight, etc. The nurse was very professional and polite. From there, I was taken to another room to be seen by a doctor. I had to remove my garment from waist down and wear a paper apron, and I remained there from 12:40 till almost 2:00 with nobody showing in to see me. I put my clothes back and stepped out to a hallway, I explained the situation to the girl behind a counter, she was super nice and checked on her screen and told me she could not tell me for sure how much longer I would have to wait, at this point I said thank you and left. So there's nobody to blame for what happened to me, but the corporation who manages this business probably they don't provide enough resources to fulfill the health care demand, perhaps they are short of doctors at this location. Unfortunately, I had to drive a lot for nothing since I live in the desert. I want to clarify that my complaint is against the new company, Exer Health Care, that took over Optum. And again, everybody was extremely polite and helpful and probably overwhelmed by being short on staff .

I walked in and the ladies on the front are very courteous and polite. I didn’t wait more than five minutes, and I was already called in ! nurse Wena took my vitals ask me kindly about how I was feeling show compassion and then Dr. Chander walked in and took care of my situation. Very professional very compassionate. They took care of everything I needed, and took care of making sure I left with the prescriptions I needed and that I was in a position to drive back home safely. I really recommend Optum.

Wow!! This place is amazing. Walked in with a fractured big toe and an hour later I was on my way home with xrays done. Very grateful for the friendly atmosphere too. I will come again!

So amazed and grateful to the entire staff at Optum Glendora Grand Urgent Care. From the Front Desk, Nurses, to the Doctor, they were all wonderful, caring, detailed and compassionate as they provided all I needed. Their kindness and fulll attention definitely eased my discomfort and pain. God’s blessings to all!

Ever so grateful for the quality care I received here. I fell and broke my wrist, went straight here and they quickly took X-rays, put me in a splint, comforted me and told me exactly what to do next. I was at ortho next morning, followed by surgery and I’m on the road to recovery. Thank you Optum Urgent Care.

While I have gotten help here and are a good option, good luck getting seen if you get there past 7 p.m. I just got there at 7:04 and was turned away because there was a wait outside of maybe 3 other patients. They close at 8:00 but you won’t be see if there are people waiting (not sure what the cutoff is). I was told we are closed by the security guard with no further explanation.
