I really appreciate senior staff. Rhonda is always kind and helpful on the phone. They are great at quick communication once you get comfortable using the portal. I have had a couple urgent situations and they always solve the problem. Medical assistance, PA’s and docs have all been great. I love PA MARYJANE AND DR. Gonzalez. Thank you!

They refuse to help you if you dont have insurance and thats very illegal they will then charge you $240 when they did nothing stay away. They will also tell you they will only help you if you go to their physical therapist even if you already went to one.

I have been going to them since I was 16 I am now 61 they are the worst since they they changed. They don't return calls its just so in personal I hate them now.

OMG! I went in as a new patient, I was unfortunately about 4 minutes late to my appointment time, but no one treated me poorly for it… I’ve had such a horrible experience with doctors and suffering with 4 years of agonizing back pain. Every single person I talked to (front office/nurse/ and Dr. Santos) treated me with such kindness. I felt listened to and valued for the first time regarding my pain. I got prescriptions, a treatment plan, and some blessed relief for the first time. We discussed physical therapy, MRI, spinal blocks, surgery, etc to finally figure it out and fix it! I was nagging my last doctor for pain medication refills, the next step, etc for over 10 months… I didn’t know how truly horrible my pain was until it was relieved even just a little. Thank God for this office, and Dr. Santos for actually looking at my back, feeling the tension and taking my pain seriously, he acknowledged I probably get a lot of tension headaches too (which I do). I can walk upright again, I’m looking forward to not snapping at my kids because they’re loud and I’m in so much pain I just need to withdraw into myself in silence, being able to do household chores again, and getting my life back. You all are amazing, thank you so much!

UPDATE: This is the worst front medical staff I have ever experienced. The front staff is rude and they routinely run over an hour behind. I hate to say it, but I’m now going to have to switch my long term provider I love because of the behavior and staffing of the front staff. I am very disappointed.

PS it’s ironic they’re keeping this sign up when they run over an hour late.

Foothill Family Practice USED to be my preferred medical group. I could always get an appointment fairly easily and there was never a huge wait. Their entire staff was great, and I have no complaints.

However, recently, it has become nearly impossible to get an appointment. Any time I've been sick in the last year, they've said it's going to take a minimum of 3 weeks to see anyone. I'm not even being picky and asking for a doctor; this is three weeks to see a physician or a physician's assistant.

I really wish I could have gone here forever, but it doesn't seem possible any longer.

I've been coming to this group of doctors for 15+ years and always have a great experience! I go once a year for a physical with Dana Robben-Folsom, PA-C … I’m 68 and recently retired with United Health Care Medicare HMO. Dana Folsom always takes time to explain my lab results, listens to my concerns, offers excellent advice and I know she really cares about me and her patients. Plus she’s just so darn sweet, energetic and kind. I'll follow her to any office practice =) The staff is great too, very professional and efficient.

Had an excellent first patient visit with Dr. Waliany. He came from Optum Health and has great bedside manner. Very friendly and personable nurses. Didi was exceptional. Looking forward to my visits in the future.

I had been a patient at "Foothill Family Practice" for over 20 years. I set an appointment with what is now "Emanate Health Foothill Practice Medical Group" in order to assess the office now under new ownership. I was told the appointment would be "certainly under $200." I was assigned a physician who was also only recently licensed. My bp, temp and pulse were taken by an assistant. The physician spent far less than 15 minutes discussing (in a very shallow and uncaring manner) my medical history. There was no physical examination whatsoever. I left with an "empty" feeling at best. To my dismay a bill arrived two weeks later for $620.00! Following several days of phone calls to Emanate Health's billing office (located in another county) a rep called me to inform me that my bill had been reduced to $200.00! For what? Fifteen minutes of useless chitchat. No tests, no prescriptions, no advice. A cost to me of roughly $14.00 PER MINUTE for nothing of any value. Though it may be legal it feels like a crime to a retired senior like me.
