Karen was extremely thorough and took great care of my loved one when they transferred here from the hospital. It was very clean and they communicated well. Came here from a month stay in Kaiser and received noticeably better care, to my surprise.
Great experience and so thankful.

The nurses are real nice and seem to treat there patients well. A couple things I did not like was how dark and dreary the rooms are, I think the matching of the patients would be better also, put someone that sleeps all the time with another that also sleeps, put the more active folks together so maybe they will start to enjoy life. I don't know, it's only a suggestion. I went today and accompanied a friend seeing her mother and I know everyone wants to go home but she was so bummed out and when she took us to her room it had another patient that she says sleeps all the time and she can't really open her curtains, now that was sad.

The staff was super friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this place as the staff is experienced and the staff shows care for their patients needs.

Would not recommend if you love whoever you're putting here. First of all this place is completely depressing. Second there is constantly new staff and they never really listen to what you have to say about your loved ones. We had no choice but to move my grandpa here and now he's acting really really weird he's very jittery hes not really paying attention he doesn't seem there more importantly it's not him! He was improving from his foot I'll give them that and we had a nurse who cared but they fired her after she made a negligence report this place is being reported and will be investigated recommended a different place

update we always told them to cover my grandpa because he was always cold at night, well he passed away... I 100%blame this place he wasn't exactly healthy but it certainly wasn't his time. Day after he died they put heaters in every room what a joke.

I'm not sure if a 3 star is might be to much. Their is so many things to tell, and I can't explain them all. But the most recent was. I seen a head nurse set out medicine for a resident, and told her to take it and walked away. The resident was then talking to another one of the employees. I was done with my business, so I walked away. With the medication still there. I would not recommend this place.

This place is horrible, I have never done business with them nor would i ever in the future! I live in the neighborhood and the things i see and hear is not so great! I have had the employees come knocking on my door asking me if I've seen an older man with a walker walking around! You can also hear the Patients screaming for help at all times of the day and night.. I can hear the people/employees from my back complaining about the employer and had bad things are ran there. And to put icing on the cake along the back side of the facility are windows without screens to the residents rooms that are left open during all times of the day and night, I can't even understand how this could be ok, This neighborhood is not a safe place for this to be happening, There are tweeker and really weird ppl that walk up and down the street all night long..I viewed my camaras and seen some guy keep going back there and bringing things out, so my guess is a window was left open and he was robbing them as these elder ppl slept , Next morning i checked the cameras again and the cops were leaving this place! This is from a concerned Citizen , Please if you love your loved ones do some background check on this place before placing them in this facility..

My mom was at ceres postacute for over a week. The nurses were good to my mom. She had a good stay.
