Great experience at the Sutter Gould Urgent Care in Modesto. I was checked in and roomed promptly and courteously. Dr. Goodsell was efficient and very kind. I had an x-ray completed and read and an MRI scan ordered (which was completed later that same morning). I appreciate the teamwork and the compassion.

My appointment was crazy and amazing! I felt like I had something stuck in my throat and they immediately saw an artichoke needle lodged in my tonsil. It was very unpleasant every time I swallowed. They thoughtfully and thoroughly deliberated the best way to numb the area and they had quite a bit of pressure to get it with the forceps in one shot. And they did! It took less than two seconds. Fantastic visit and honestly I couldn't stop laughing at how. Sutter Urgent Care is the best urgent care we've ever had, every time.

Dr Jackson in urgent care is amazing! I had to wait awhile because they were very busy but he was worth the wait. He was knowledgeable, kind, patient, and took his time to figure out how to best treat my situation. One of the best doctors I have seen in a long time!

Everyone was helpful and friendly, especially Monica, the PA who treated me. She was so very helpful and considerate. I was diagnosed, and an antibiotic was prescribed. I was more that satisfied with my treatment there. Note: There was a very long waiting list because it was a Sunday before Christmas. Just like in the ER, they have triage nurses who check you out initially and decide who needs to be seen first. This means that if there are people with more serious problems, your wait may be longer. The staff is very good about keeping you informed about your wait.

What a pleasure of a place! I went in on Monday and it was busy but this staff can get people through. They seem to be well organized. They swabbed me when they were checking my vitals so that by the time I saw the doctor later on we already had the results. They called me while I was in the waiting room and asked a few more questions and the doctor called me at home to check up on me. I praise God for a place like this and may He continue to bless this staff and organization!

I had the pleasure of seeing Jennifer Dang, PA, at Sutter Gould Urgent Care, and I can’t recommend her highly enough. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel at ease by truly listening to my symptoms and concerns. Unlike many healthcare professionals who rush through appointments, Jennifer took her time to thoroughly examine me and ensure she understood the full picture of my condition. Her kindness and attention to detail were evident throughout the visit.

Her staff were equally wonderful—polite, professional, and empathetic. They even apologized for me not feeling well, which was a nice touch. Within 24 hours of seeing her, I was already feeling significantly better. Sutter Gould continues to impress with their top-notch medical team, and I’m grateful for the exceptional care I received. Receptionist was dry and rude. Sign says to wait for green light. Light was green and she was sitting there on the phone not acknowledging anyone. Then when I approached (due to the green light) I get ignored like I’m doing something wrong. Lady that takes your vitals, dry and rude. She completely butchered my name so I was unsure if she had in fact called me or not. I sat there to listen again and once I confirmed I got up and approached. She then says “you’re just sitting there like…..”. I then find myself apologizing for her inability to read a name. Dr talks to you like you’re an idiot. Real nice experience.

This was my first time at this Urgent Care facility. I'm very impressed! Everyone was very friendly, efficient and helpful ! I was treated with genuine concern for both of my issues by the
nurses and Dr. Fichtenkort. I will definitely use this UCARE from now on!
