The rest of the crew is pretty good however they have an issue with bathing their patients. You would hope that an organization like this with so much responsibility would have this one fundamental thing taken care of. But they do not! This is something State of California needs to be notified about. Although I am happy with the rest of the crew of global like I said there bathing department is also a fundamental key that they do not have together and they need to step it up ASAP there is no excuse for this

After my hip replacement surgery, I had the services of a home health nurse, physical therapist, and aide over the course of six weeks or more. I was so pleased with the support they gave! They were knowledgeable, pleasant, well informed and attentive. They called with reminders, were on-time, and were efficient with their care. I never felt rushed or hurried or slighted. When they were with me, I had their full attention--they were all in. I would highly recommend them!

Undergoing two knee joint replacements five months apart has been anything but easy, given the deplorable state of my knees. After leaving a rehab hospital I was assigned Global as a homecare provider for nursing, personal assistance, and physical therapy, and what a luck of the draw that was! I was so cared for after my first surgery last November that I INSISTED on Global when I was ready to leave the rehab facility after the second. Their caring and professional staff made all the pain and effort to recover from the first and now the second surgery so much easier. I would recommend this company to anyone who is in need of home healthcare, personally or for a friend or family member. They can cover the gamut of services and do so with a loving and encouraging heart, making times of medical trail so much easier to take. Thank you, Global Healthcare Services, for being my partner a second time as I take these next steps, pun intended, toward a healthier life.
