I did my intake with Jennifer O'Brien or Orion or something she's supposed to be a clinical social worker for this company. And she referred me to someone that apparently can't help me and I was supposed to go to that person first before going to her and she just did not care and did the reckless now things are getting worse, and it's been dragging for weeks and over a month. Now I've been demanding for a manager. But the manager doesn't even talk to me or anything. They neglect their clients. They're nothing like the organization in the bay area. Where they're more solution oriented and more respectful. And they actually communicate back.The process can be a lengthy . these people don't give you a piece of mind. They talk fake to your , face and honestly, they don't even say and follow through what they said they're going to do but don't.this place is poorly managed and they're making the company looked bad because actually, in the Bay area, the very progressive and they actually helped people I know people went their personally. And I heard nothing but positive things solely. Negative thing is that yes, there is a wait But there is any wait when you deal with anything. You dealing with the system here in America. For mental health and for physical health. No one has a sense of urgency to get anything done! Invest your time with going to the bay and get help ! They responds, they do try ans help . Sacramento they neglect people and make them look bad and give them the go around !

I've been asking for mental help and they have dragging there feet just like the county. I've done the referral process. They said they would call me in two weeks liers it's been over that since September. You guys are a joke.
