I love this facility! The clinic is clean, the location is very accessible with ample parking , and the staff are very courteous. The check-in process is quick and easy, taking into account that it’s my first visit, and the wait time to be seen is not that long. The PA, Matt, who check me was very good in explaining what I have and what I need. The nurse who did my initial intake and the one who did my swabs and breathing treatment were both very nice and courteous. From one RN to another RN, high 5 to you ✋🏻When I got home, I got a message to review the Rx sent to my pharmacy to make sure I got everything I was informed I need. This will be my family’s new go-to clinic and I highly recommend this place for your urgent care needs⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Such a positive experience at this urgent care!! We've gone to two other urgent care previously and had bad experiences.
Here, the Front staff was professional and efficient. The wait was not long at all, even though there were a few people in the waiting room already prior to us. The medical assistant that brought us into the room listened to what was said, and was quick and professional in her work as well. The doctor listened well, was respectful and professional, made us feel seen and heard.

I would highly recommend this urgent care. I have been here twice and had the best experience both times. The most important thing is the staff really care and they want to help you. Unfortunately this is hard to find. They helped me each time, were very kind and even fast.

Top notch service from first contact with front desk to discharge. We have never had a negative experience - from sick kids to Dad trying to cut his thumb off. The entire staff from receptionist to MA to NP, everyone is friendly, professional and cares. We have told our friends about GBUC and everyone has nothing but good things to say. Really appreciate the entire team and the service they provide our community. Thanks guys, hope I don’t have to see you too soon!

Hands down the best staffed urgent care around. An urgent care is just a thing so it’s like what makes a house a home.. It’s the fantastic people competently and efficiently doing the work that makes all the difference. I hope from a corporate level they will continue to appreciate and take care of the staff because without them it's just another building and just another urgent care.

This is the BEST place. The staff are wonderful. I wish I could go there all the time (sort of). I have recommended them a lot. Great staff. And the place is really clean. And it’s usually not very busy. So maybe I shouldn’t recommend them 😊.
