My husband forgot his CPAP mask on our vacation, and Disney wouldn’t allow us to order one on Amazon and deliver it to the hotel. We are so thankful we saw online that OK Medical Supply sold CPAP supplies in store. After a quick phone call to verify stock, we got a Lyft for a short drive from Disney and were given excellent service. Thank you so much for saving the day on our vacation! Highly recommend!

I’d give 0 stars if I could. The owner runs scam in the name of a medical supply store. He sold me a cheap sleep apnea mask and told me he will refund the money if the mask doesn’t fit directly to my cpap machine. It didn’t, so I brought the mask back to his store 20 mins post purchasing it. He then says the mask is fine, I need to buy another tube from him and that’ll work and refused to refund.

He’ll try to have you pay via Venmo, so there’s minimal tracing and you are unable to get your refund. Additionally, the mask that he is sold me for $80 can be easily found at other stores for about $50 or so. The tube that I purchased also broke within 30 mins of using it.

Please don’t rely on other reviews. Ask me for pictures/videos and I’ll provide all information needed.

Save your money and time and go somewhere else. Do not trust other reviews. The owner knows that you are most likely making a purchase when you are in an acute medical need and takes full advantage of the situation.

My brother and I showed up soon before closing and Paul was very kind and understanding. He was very patient and answered all of our questions. We even stayed and chatted a bit too. After changing what we originally came in for, Paul was generous and offered a very fair price. I definitely recommend stopping by for everything you need; if Paul doesn't have it in the store he can for sure get you what you need.

We recently had to rent a hospital bed for my wife to use in her post-surgical recovery. The mattress that came with the rental was extremely uncomfortable. We reached out to Paul at OK Medical Supply and he brought us an upgraded mattress the very same day! I wish I knew the name of who I talked to because he was a life saver. My toddler was suddenly having a hard time breathing and I was searching for a nebulizer.
Most stores were closed or closing. I called about 13 mins before closing RIGHT when he was about to leave and he waited. Come to find I had send the wrong address to my husband .. I called and he still waited for my husband to get to the correct address. We ended up taking my toddler to the ER at night because his breathing became severe we are so thankful he helped us out in a time of need. The nebulizer has been so helpful. 10/10 recommend Thank you!
