This pharmacy truly has the patient's best interest at heart, very responsive, easy to communicate with, and provides top-notch customer service. More importantly, throughout my many experiences at big chain pharmacies (CVS, Walgreens, Costco), there's always some sort of issue, whether it lack of stock, insurance issues, or just generally making it harder to get your prescriptions filled. A common theme I noticed is how the big retail pharmacies generally work against the customer, which was always perplexing yet frustrating to me. So I'm glad that Medicine Man Pharmacy not only runs a really organized process, but they're also patient advocates, which is very rare to find these days. Long story short, you're in good hands.

My family doctor clued me in to this genius Pharmacy solution during a lockdown time. Any physician or medical office does e-prescription for you. Tom & Team have it delivered promptly. Prompt typically means the NEXT morning - at no extra charge. And I can tell you they match the lowest price offered anyplace else. No need to haggle, they just do it right, everytime!

Yesterday afternoon I saw a new podiatrist (the old one pulled out of my neighborhood) and was flat footed with her asking where to send an antibiotic order. The e-Rx did not fly through. A quick call with Medicine Man and my antibiotic was at my door when I checked this morning. All across So Cal - and some other ZIP codes as well.

The MAJOR "mail order pharmacies" have shocked me time and again with surprise BIG BUCKS co-pays and non-delivery. Chain Drug Stores seem to call and beg to "send urgent Rx" even when I don't use them. Go with Medicine Man and just get service - right price, quick, honest, great follow-up, by people who really care about us patients!

06/11/2024 - they did it AGAIN! Can you believe this? 3:30 PM my physician says I need to start a medication to solve several nagging issues. But I need to check formulary and price. I call THESE GUYS, get an immediate answer. By 4 PM my physician AND Medicine Man Pharmacy send e-notes to alert me of the new RX. So I text them to ask if I expect this on my doorstep on Thursday or Friday. Gotta watch for “porch pirates,” don’t we? THEIR RESPONSE - again, CAN YOU BELIEVE THIS - look for your new RX first thing tomorrow (Wednesday) morning. If you can stand brilliant and impeccably great service, CHANGE and use this A-Team for all your RX needs. If you prefer to be told “we can’t get any” or “we shipped it out and you should get it in 2 or 3 week,” use the cranky old chain drug stores. Besides, those old guys spam you better. NEVER from Medicine Man.

Medicind Man Pharmacy, A Leading Example of How All Pharmacies Should Run;

I've been a patient of Medicine Man Pharmacy for several months now and I have nothing but praise and gratitude for Nima and the team!! I came across this pharmacy cause I was traveling for work for a couple months across the world and needed some medications filled for the duration. It was difficult to communicate with the likes of CVS, Rite Aid and common Pharmacies that typically don't take the time to listen and help. You feel pretty much like a number. But with Medicine Man, instantly I felt heard and listened too and their communication has been top notch. Since then, I've been able to come to them with all medication needs and have referred family and friends to them as well. I've always been able to reach them during business hours and they always make sure to get back to me pretty quickly.
Medicine Man is how all Pharmacies should be. I've been able to learn quite a bit about the medications I've been taking through their pharmacists and asking questions and they consistently make sure to explain it in the easiest and best way possible. This reassurance and time taken is invaluable from a Patient's perspective.
You have the ability to create a patient-to-pharmacist relationship in tending to ones medical needs, but that's also not necessary or required. If you simply want a place that will always have your meds on time, come to Medicin Man, they will do their best in any situation they encounter and always have the patient in mind.
