I am currently undergoing chemotherapy and needed a wig. Yesterday I had a good day and called to see if Kerley's could help.. They were gracious and Asked me to come in at 1. Upon arrival, Pat (I believe that is her name) was so helpful and patient. I found the perfect wig and the ladies there gave me pointers on care and such. I could not have asked for better service and compassion. Please, if you need a service they provide, avail yourself of this wonderful store. They are the best!

I went to Kerley's Special Touch after my radical mastectomy in 2013. I was impressed with how I was treated as soon as I walked through the door. They answered all my questions and I was not as nervous about being fitted and how I would look once we found the right fit. Some patient's want to wear a wig when they're going through chemo treatments. You can make an appointment and get fitted for a wig at Kerley's Special Touch. It is a very comfortable atmosphere. I would recommend them to anyone who is going through treatments.

Won't file my medicare, 8 months out $250 and I been given every excuse, still no reimbursement. I do not recommend this company. I told my doctors the story, I pray they will close their stores. Very dishonest!! They think people are stupid!! Don't deal with them!!

No warm greeting for me. These ladies were too busy at their desks to be bothered. It took me a lot of courage to go into the shop - post mastectomy for prosthesis and wigs. I left empty handed except the hundreds of dollars I had plan to spend to make myself feel attractive. Huntsville needs more choices for those of us facing these challenges. Hoping to find better choices in Birmingham or Nashville.

I called to make an appointment. The person I spoke to didn't seem fully knowledgeable or was maybe a newer hire, and after 10 minutes, I found out my BlueCross BlueShield FEP isn't accepted here for post mastectomy bras as I go through the reconstruction expansion process. Touching You in Birmingham (Hoover) accepted my insurance no problem, so I don't know what the issue is at Kerley's.
