Great place awesome service and fast. It was a full walk in but now be ready to make appointments. QR if you made thru app but you can still come. The staff is helpful and if no parking there’s a Walmart next door you can just walk but there some places

My mom has been trying to get an appointment for this clinic 3 times, 2 of the 3 times they just made her wait with her hand pain, and it is raining today the doctor doesn't show! My mom is sick and still came to her appointment. She tried to make more appointments on the phone and they hung up on her! I believe this place doesn't take itself seriously at all!! It shouldn't be called urgent care, more like lazy care they should revoke their medical license because it's not working.

In the morning I was put on a short hold and they hung up, I thought maybe it was an accident/mistake so I tried back again, but no answer. I call again this afternoon and that's where the phone issue starts.
They answer the phone with a what do you want attitude and hang up with no help. Front desk or whoever answers the phone (from what I believe her name was) "Kay" is rude and unprofessional!

Why tell patients that they will receive an authorization letter in the mail and when they get it and call to verify you hang up? Had to call again and got told its not authorized and immediately hung up on. We had explained to them as fast we could before she hung up again that we received the approval letter. After calling again, someone else let us know that it wasn't approved yet in their system even though we had the approval letter.

To those that have family that do not speak English, they will not help you. My family member tried to make their appointment and couldn't make their appointment so I called to translate for them. (I thought because they didn't know Spanish they couldn't assist her, but no it wasn't the only reason, they hung up on her the day before as well.) They don't have translators on staff from what it seemed on our last visit as well. Another patient there warned us about this place, but we didn't think much of it at first until when we tried to follow up on the next step of treatment.

They are not an urgent care center, you need an appointment. Please take your loved ones somewhere else

I would give this place 10 stars but I can only give 5. Best experience ever, been here a few times and they always attend to me like I am their first priority. The first time I came here I had a really bad sore throat to the point where I couldn’t swallow, I was prescribed medication for it and I was told I would feel relief after I took it. 4 hours after taking the medication and a nap, the pain was gone!!! They truly care about all their patients. They go above and beyond to help. The staff is so polite they make you feel comfortable. Megan is so awesome!!! She’s sweet, very informative and she knows exactly what she’s doing. I would highly recommend this place to anyone seeking medical treatment. You will not regret it. Keep up the GREAT WORK!!!! You guys ROCK!!!!👊🏻💪🏻

The customer service here was honestly terrible. I took a standard Covid-19 test on Monday 1/11 and on the day, I was told my results would be available in 24 hours. I called the facility the next day, and was then told it could take 48-72 hours. I continued to call each day and they continued to tell me to call later, they don't have the results yet. On Friday, I called and a woman just asked for a call back number so that they could call me back when the results came in but they never called back ever. Today, Wednesday the 20th, NINE days after my test, I call them again because no one had reached out and the woman tells me "yeah, your results did come back as positive." Yes, places are busy due to Covid but they literally seemed to have no care. I really wish I was able to get a refund or something. I have never felt more disregarded as a patient. Utterly terrible. Any other urgent care would take better care of you, I'm sure.

This place came in clutch! I had a flight to catch and really needed a quick covid test. Danae was super awesome and took me in right away. I got my results in less than 15 minutes. Will be back!
