When I transferred my care from Pasadena to Orange County, I was skeptical about the quality of care since I have been with my primary doctor for over 30 years. Once, I scheduled my first appointment with Dr. Bhakta, I was surprised by the great experience and the quality of care.
Dr. Bhakta is very professional, and compassionate and looks for different options to treat all my medical issues. His office in Cerritos has been the greatest in my opinion, from the check-in counter with Ana who is fantastic, with a great smile, polite and professional.
Once they called me to see the doctor, Jacqueline Perez the Medical assistant is an excellent person, very professional, courteous, polite, and knowledgeable.
I strongly recommend this office

My son had stomachache. Went though some medication and test and doing good. Always struggled to get updates test results. The last one was Urinalysis stating blood was seen in urine. I was never notified the results but found that my minor child as said you are referred to Nephrologist.

Then I called the office to talk about the results I was said come to office and pick up. When I insist to talk to doctor, she kept in hold for so long and said talk to supervisor but she hung up the phone instead of transferring. What a worst service Optum is providing.

Such a lovely location! Very clean and great staff. My 3 children ages 16,7 and 2 months including my niece and nephew have been patients of Dr Lee for many years. Hes the best pediatrician to my children and treats us like family. If you are looking for a pediatrician we highly recommend him. He always returns our calls very quickly when us parents can't make it to the office. I could keep going on and on about Dr Lee. Best pediatrician ever!

So thankful for this healthcare partners office. The nurses & front office staff are nice and take care of you from the moment you step inside the doors. Dr Rocillo is great at her job and truly takes everything you tell her into consideration and then comes up with a plan for your care. If you are a Cerritos local, look no further for a new Dr office to call home.

Dr, Rocillo is incredible. She is patient a great listener and truly warm and caring. The Optum Cerritos staff are awesome. Everyone Wes very friendly and overall a great spotless facility. If I could give Dr, Rocillo and staff more stars I would.
