I had to order a gurney transport for my aunt from L.A. to Modesto. I did not ride in this long journey, however my aunt had a very comfortable 300+ mile ride along with my niece who they allowed to ride with her. They gave a care package for my niece that included a neck pillow. They provided a tablet or IPad so they can watch movies on this long journey. The two drivers were very professional and pleasant and accommodated my aunt on the long jurby. It was very easy to set-up the transport and the rep was very responsive.Thank you again Medwest.

On time, careful and conscientious. 6/2020. Our driver Sylvia was excellent on two trips to essential doctor's appointments during the covid pandemic. Safe and secure. My mother is 93 years old and she took great care to strap her wheelchair properly all the while talking to her and checking if she was ok. She drove slowly over bumps and was very careful using the hydraulic lift into the van transport. I will use Medwest Express of Cerritos CA again.

The driver, Francisco was extra carrying on my mom's well being in commute to her doctors appointment! As he gave my mom comfort the whole way home. Thank you
