I just finished cleaning my teeth and let me tell you the lady who was doing it was amazing. I am beyond happy with the experience. From the moment I walked into the clinic, the staff was warm, professional, and welcoming. The waiting area was clean, comfortable, and well-organized, which immediately put me at ease. Shout out to the lady I don’t know your name 😅 sorry, but hope to get you again next time!

I've been coming to this dental office since 1987. I don't know if Dr. Wu was even born yet but I know when he took over a few years ago as thee Doc, it was a seamless transition & the incredibly high quality of care never dipped. The majority of the staff including assistants and hygienists have been in place for years and that equals a smooth-running operation and a positive experience during every visit. I could not recommend this outfit more highly.

Very nice staff. I described having tooth pain and they fit me in to get it checked. After, I came back in for a regular cleaning. The cleaning was super easy and didn't hurt at all. I have TMJ so I let them know and they accommodated me by giving me breaks when needed and making me feel comfortable. She (Dr. Bailey) had such a light hand and made the experience as pleasant as one could. Scheduled my next cleaning with them!

Dr. Wu’s office is great! Everyone is so helpful! I went in for a filling today and it was a seamless procedure. I was in the chair and Dr. Wu literally finished within 10 minutes. He is always great at informing his patients of what he will be doing. I am glad I started coming to this dentist. Everyone is so nice and positive, makes the visit super comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

First time visit to Cerritos Plaza Dentistry. Overall experience has been very pleasant, and the staff, cleaning technician and Dr have all been exceptional in their invite and care towards me and my visit. I came for an x-ray and cleaning. The experience was painless and hassle free. There was no long wait time, and the process too about 1 hr. I recommend this practice. This will be my primary Dentistry. Highly recommended. Recommended by my co-workers. Wonderful Dr. Wu and staff take an informative approach, show and tell you everything that they're doing and going to do, answer all questions with patience. Didn't have to wait forever for an appointment or in the waiting room. Very happy. Have had two crowns and a filling so far. All required work--they show you why they need to do what they're doing so you never feel like they're doing unnecessary work for the insurance money, and take a conservative approach on brewing problems. Highly recommend.

My review is for my past two experiences here. My first appointment was for teeth cleaning and it was the best cleaning I've ever had in my entire life. I'm not even kidding. Considering that I missed my teeth cleanings for the entire year of 2024, Tina has made the experience very comfortable and pleasant. I'm actually not afraid of my next upcoming teeth cleaning knowing it will be with her! My second appointment was for two cavity fillings. I've expressed my concern to Dr. Parekh about my fear/anxiety of the needle injection for anesthesia and she was very understanding. I truly appreciated the efforts Dr. Parekh took to ensure my experience will not turn out bad like my other visits and she achieved just that. My numbing experience was painless and it was mostly just pressure during the process. She was very quick and efficient where I didn't realize she was done with everything and it didn't even take the full hour that was estimated. Thank you for checking in on me to make sure I was ok, it means the world to me. I was in and out in no time and I'm very happy that I found a reliable dentist here in Cerritos.
