Ive been coming to this dental office for most of my life, and every visit is a great experience. The entire team is welcoming, kind, and genuinely cares about their patients—not just their dental health, but also as people. Throughout my appointment, they made sure I was comfortable, always checking in to see if I was okay. I went n to this office after speaking to Terri who sat with me thru the whole consultation as she promised! They treated me with the greatest of empathy from the moment I walked in the doors! I couldn’t have picked a better place to have been! Dr. Chen was so handsome and warm and definitely had the knowledge and answered all of my questions! Unfortunately my credit was not good enough to have walked out of there with some teeth! I’m working on the goal of getting my teeth by my birthday! Dr.Chen is amazing and I could not have been at a better place! Thank you to Tri City Dental and I hope to see all of you again in the near future!

I have been going to Tri City Dental Care of Cerritos for years and referred all my family. I really enjoy the family atmosphere and how they greet you by name the moment you step into the door. Going to the dentist can be stressful and nerve racking and it helps to have such friendly staff welcome you. The front staff Terri, Mara, and Abbey are very kind and they help with all the scheduling and assure that I understand all the services and cost. My dentist Dr Chin is the best. He explains everything so I don’t have to be lost of what’s going on with all my procedures. His assistant Laura is also helpful. I have the sweetest hygienist there, Elaine, who helps with my teeth clean. Honestly, going to the dentist is one of my least favorite things to do but with my dentist and the staff at Tri City dental, it makes the experience much more pleasant and as a result, I have great teeth!

When I was at Tri City Dental this week they were celebrating their 50th anniversary. At first I was surprised, but then I realized why wouldn't they be around that long because they are the best! You could say that I'm elderly but that's only to say that I've been to MANY dentists in my life, some were even family members so when I say they are the best, I mean it. I wouldn't switch for anything. The office staff, the assistants, hygienists, and Dr. Chin are top notch. Simply the best!

If I could give Dr. Chin and his team more stars than 5 I would! The office staff made returning as a patient easy. Maral was gracious to return my calls after a tooth broke and worked to get me in sooner than my next appointment; so grateful for her help! Terri gave me my treatment plan and offered to schedule appointments right away. Jacqueline helped me get an explanation about my insurance breakdown so I understand how the reimbursement process works.
Dr. Chin has treated my mom for years and I am happy to be back in an office where I trust the doctor completely. He stays current on so much technology you know you’re getting the best care. The office staff are still friendly and greet you by name although I don’t think anyone could top those classic matching jackets all those years Pat and Shirley ran the front desk and more…I’m happy to hear the former dentists are enjoying retirement and look forward to making this my dental home base for years to come no matter where I move I don’t want to ever change dentists again.
I usually have some dental anxiety and Dr. Chin constantly is asking if I’m ok during the work. He is very reassuring and calm making the experience as comfortable as it can be.
Adding an update and a shout out to Dr. Mary who is wonderful, so gentle and I was able to see her to fit my schedule and she stepped right in seamlessly with my treatment plan. The care at this office is amazing on every level!

l highly recommend Tri City Dental Care of Cerritos! Starting with the facility, it is so well kept, modern, and has up to date technology and practices. When you enter, the staff is always so welcoming and kind. Everyone that I interacted with at the front desk was amazing especially Abbey and Marlo. Dr. Dinh, my dentist and Elaine ,my hygienist are both very knowledgeable, and I always feel like I’m learning something new from them each visit. They both are very personable, professional, and compassionate . You can tell they really care for their patients. There’s simply no better practice to go to for your dental well being!
