Worst experience as a new customer! Do not use them. Promises made and unable to deliver in a timely manner. Lack of follow-through. We needed an urgent hire. They said they could provide a therapist. They painted a picture that all we needed to do is sign a contract and they will send someone over. Not the case. We had to review resumes then we had to wait while they hired the person. The therapist was ready to work and we were ready but Maxim was not. They said it takes 1-2 weeks. They didn't say that in the beginning. All their excuses were about the financial burden it was for them to onboard and hire staff prior to finding applicants a position. I don't care about your company's financial problems. Too many Excuses! I needed a staffing agency not sure what they are feels like a headhunter type deal. In my experience, I call a staffing agency provide dates and they send someone over. If your need is like ours and need someone with in a few days do not give your business to Maxim.

I've been working for Maxim for approximately 15 years now. I've enjoyed every aspect of what Maxim has to offer. They have given me many opportunities to work with a variety of different patients, including pediatric patients; Many of whom have been very high acuity, allowing me to master my skill set. They have hands-on skills training, as well as computer training, that keeps my skills up-to-date. The office staff is great to work with, and helps with everything I need. Maxim is highly esteemed in my life. Adam, the Director of Business Operations, really knows how to run this office.

Maxem communication is terrible. They are very nice but never follow through with what they tell you. It takes forever to get a caregiver and leave you hanging weeks on end. I’m so disappointed with this company.
