I was pleasantly surprised at how far the excellent treatment I received exceeded my expectations! All of the staff were caring, personable and competent in the extreme. The communication skills and manner that everyone used gave me a great deal of confidence and comfort from the moment I walked in. It has been a few months but I wanted to wait to write this review to see how I felt long term. Dr. Zhuang and her team earned every one of these five stars and more.

This place is amazing. I was fearful in the beginning. They are so competent in their procedure and so supportive of the patient. I needed an epidural but was scared of the pain. Didn’t have pain. The doctor is so experienced and competent that is hurt much less than a Covid vaccine. They have a great group who prepares you for you shot and takes care of you afterward. I have been there twice and had the same results twice

actually Joy Todd and I just wanted to comment on the dedication and and excellence of the staff during my procedure. Once I got on the schedule everything went like a well tuned clock. The from the front office to Noella who first met me, I watched my blood pressure go down to normal. The efforts to give me information and not make me wait 2 weeks was gratefully received.
If one has to do this kind of medical procedure, go here. Dr. Simon is the best, at least for me. She is really caring and concerned. Amy called the next day to be sure all was well.

I was so pleased with Channel Islands Surgery Center. Everyone from the reception, to the nurses and the doctor were very professional and helpful. They took the time to advise and answer any questions and they were right on time.
I have had an epidural before at the hospital and they made me wait an hour and forty five minutes past my appointment time, with no explanation. This was especially stressful because I am diabetic and concerned I would crash going so long without food.
CI surgery was far superior on all levels. I was very happy with my care and definitely would highly recommend them.

I had the best experience at this facility
I had a colonoscopy done yesterday
All of the staff in general are so amazing; they treat you like a family member. Dr Vikram S. Kanagala and staff involved did a wonderful job, the kept me relaxed all the time through the procedure. I'm usually a very nervous person when it comes to needles or surgeries.

When I arrived I was taken back to the preping area by a wonderful nurse.
Se explained everything to me. I was very comfortable. All of the nurses etc were kind, patient, and thoughtful. The best thing was there sense of humor. No matter what was happening they had a smile on there faces.

I was scheduled two different times to have cataract surgery, the first time I was scared of what the outcome would be and how I would handle the surgery all together. The nurses that took care of me and this includes the girls at the front desk, all were great and before the procedure, the way they took care of me was calming to me, for which I knew I was in good hands. My doctor, Dr. WAN came and talked to me told me what they would be doing, and even marked the eye they would be working on, and I have to say that I'm thankful Dr WAN didn't use a permanent marker because the pen he used that day was a burger to get off. Just saying. LOL
The second time was a breeze. I want to thank all of you ladies and my Doctor for the caring and laughs that we had, you helped me over come my fear. God bless all of you for your heart felt caring.
