Dr. Castellarin is the best doctor! He’s extremely knowledgeable, caring and explains everything clearly. Staff are wonderful too and the Oxnard office is clean and beautiful. Wait times are very short. Very organized office.

I was being treated with injections into my eye. I was not told there were other options that were not invasive. My last injection infected my eye and now I am blind. Their " Doctor on call" never responded to my 3 calls in 4 hours! My situation was a medical emergency but they did not handle it as such and now I'm blind in my eye. And they billed $4,000 each visit x15. Gee, Wonder why I wasn't given other options, including medication. The picture is when I received 3 hours of surgery to save my eye/ no glass eyeball. I'm still blind. I do not recommend them. Dr. Hou Jules Stein ucla I recommend.

The office runs efficiently and the staff are very professional. The doctor explains the eye issue thoroughly and offers options with likely outcomes of each option and even stated that, in my case, he recommends just continuing to monitor my eye instead of having surgery. I travel 30 miles to come to this doctor since I feel confident in the care being given.

I was referred to this practice because during my annual eye appointment I was found to have an urgent issue. They got me an urgent visit and were caring and treated my issue and thoroughly explained what was going on. I have since referred my husband as well. I have continued my visits and feel so much better. Dr.Bagheri is the sweet, kind and very knowledgeable.

Everyone was very pleasant. I just have an idea for you. When a new patient calls in for an appointment, please tell them that their first appointment will be at least 3 hours long. I ran out of oxygen because I had to wait so long. Otherwise, everything was good.
