Brought my daughter here on Monday for a toe infection. We are here now and the front desk, they are always rude and not friendly and unprofessional. My daughter's toe is clearly infected and we're hoping they will drain it, today. She has been on 500mgs of keflex, 4xs a day since Monday. The nurse says its only been three days. Um, yea, antibiotics take 24 to 48 hours to start killing the infection. It was green on Monday and getting worse. Im frustrated. Only thing l like about this urgent care is you never have to wait long like theER....

The nurse was accurate and fast. I found out I didn't have covid or strep in record time. The doctor was efficient, listened to all my needs and I didn't feel rushed with either of them. Overall A++++

THEY DO NOT LISTEN TO YOU. Doctor acted super cocky and talked to me as if I didn’t know what I was talking about. I went in telling them I think I have bronchitis because i’ve had it multiple times. They told me I was wrong, doctor told me I had a cold and sent me home. I got significantly more sick over the weekend after visiting urgent care. I saw my primary care doctor, and what do you know? He diagnosed me with bronchitis and gave me an antibiotic. I’ve never felt so angry about a business before. I feel like trash because they didn’t listen to me. People working front desk are super rude too. F this place.

A real worthless experience urgent care . This place should not bene been open. My wife went there when I told her not to due to the lack of Intelligence. She and my teen age kids and mother law all had the same symptoms but this place did give her Antibiotics so three days later my mother law and teen kids are fine and she did a whole 360 . I give doctors and third woods countries a visit before this place .

Absolutely No empathy or integrity here! How do people as miserable as the ones who work here, work in care services!? DO NOT RECOMMEND, better off going ER, actual nurses with integrity.

Horrible experience. My doctor had no more openings for appointments today and the nurse on call suggested I go to the urgent Care for them to look at my eye. When I got to the urgent Care there was no line but they refused to see me because they said they did not have equipment to look at my eye. I'm sorry isn't this an urgent care!? Shouldn't you be equipped couldn't a doctor at least look at my eye first before telling me that I have to drag my children with me to the E.R. please keep in mind my eye was not bleeding , I could see fine it was just swollen. I then got Mom shamed for bringing my children with me. Don't these people realize that due to covid some families have had to have one parent be a stay at home parent because of school zooms and child care. Not everyone can afford a full time baby sitter every day. There is no way I was going to drag my children into the E.R to look at my eye with a bunch of covid patients in there. Worst hospital chain ever, meanest people I have ever dealt with in my life, literally made me cry in the car the way I was treated and mom shamed. I would rather take my chances driving to an urgent care in santa Barbara where they actually care about there patients and people. All staff should be required to take costumer service courses and communication courses before being hired.

I tested positive for Covid this morning so I went here to talk to a doctor about it. However the lady who takes your temperature at the door told me there was nothing they could do for me, and to just go home and take hydroxychloroquine. Seriously? Is that VCMC's official recommendation for treating Covid? And should the lady at the door really be diagnosing people and prescribing them treatments? Very surprising. I'll not be going back... I prefer healthcare centers that actually follow science.
