No attached bathroom. Poor bedding. Front desk employee was nice. But owner seems to cutting corners to maximize profit. Will not recommend.

Premier diagnostic sleep study appointment last night. I left as soon as I saw bed bugs on the bed they wanted me to sleep on😳🤮. Just one of the many problems this place has!

I called and made an appointment for 11am. I never got any written confirmation via text or email. They called me early 2 days prior to when I was fast asleep to confirm. I do not remember what was said, but remembered that I had an appointment. I showed up 10 minutes early for my 11 o'clock appointment and was told that I was a no show for a 10 o'clock appointment. I was told that I needed to pay $50 to reschedule. I believe that they made a mistake. I will not pay. The benefit of doubt goes against the customer. Not good

Their billing department is deplorable. I have health insurance and the billing department said I was non-compliant, with my device, and that is why my insurance company wouldn't pay. I called my insurance company and they stated they never received a claim from them and they don't stop payment for non- compliance. They also said they did not see any notes of non-compliance. I sent my insurance company my billing statement and they said it would take up to 60 days to make the payment. I called Premier and spoke with the office manager. I explained the situation and asked that the billing department stop harassing me. Laura, from billing continues to harass me and just told me she is sending my account to collections!

They explained that I had to meet a protocol (a minimum amount of the apneas) by 2am for me to get cpap that night. This is partly a insurance rule too so i may have to return to do cpap with all the wires again. Luckily...I'm horrible and got the cpap after 2hrs of sleep. Been sleeping great ever since!!!

I was referred to Premier Diag by two separate doctors multiple times over a 2 year period. They company never called me despite my doctors' offices confirming the referrals were sent. I called multiple times only to be hold no referrals had ever been received. My doctor's office is now mailing both Premier and me the referral to hopefully solve this problem.
But it has been 2 years now and I don't think that I'll trust anything this company tells me now. I noticed most other reviewers shared my opinion about this company.

Its an amazing racket they're running. Told over the phone that my copay would be 150. Show up. Pay the 150. Take and return test. Weeks later they send a bill for another 67 after they charged insurance! Turns out there is a hidden "interpretation" charge not mentioned prior. Shady business practices not notifying of a charge. Front office gals know the racket and have their script at the ready when you bring it up. You can tell I'm not their first patient unhappy with this. Stay far away from this place. All you need to do is be honest and up front and they're far from it.
