I feel so wonderful after each of my acupuncture sessions. Did series for shoulder + now back/neck. (On my Kaiser plan so small copay only). I did enjoy their previous location better (larger/quieter) but the Dr and staff are very attentive, helpful & kind. Meandering path between offices at this location is surprising oasis of flowers/plants with inviting benches. Taking time to enjoy bird songs makes my $15/copay a bargain for the whole "spa" experience.

Love Holistic Healing Center! The staff is so kind and my acupuncturist, Jonathan Bill, always takes great care of me. I have utilized acupuncture for healing from a hip surgery and a back injury and it truly works wonders. I've traveled to many places been too many hotels spas and healing centers but the Ventura holistic healing Center has an entire staff dedicated to making your life better with massage therapists like Hector and Nora who have been known as the best massage therapists in the industry, Hollywood insiders come to them and leave saying those were best massages I've ever had period. Also chiropractors like Dr Vanisa who will straighten you out with an adjustment. This is one hidden gem that as much as I want success for them I don't want them to get so busy that I can't get in anymore. It's my hidden escape on the West coast. Do yourself a favor and schedule a massage with Hector or Nora and you will not be disappointed.

If you are going to use insurance here, don’t bother because the staff won’t actually figure out billing. I did all my own legwork to figure out billing - including codes and what’s allowable, like fertility - and they STILL said ‘well…I’m not sure…’ This was neither helpful nor appreciated. They also waited to tell me this ‘unsure’ billing approach when I arrived at my appointment despite MULTIPLE emails back and forth for the week leading up to the appointment.
