DO NOT GO HERE. Two times they made clerical errors that postponed my surgery causing a huge inconvenience in my life and the loss of thousands of dollars in overtime. It also cost me 9 vacation days between both canceled appointments that I can’t recover. The office refuses to respond to me about recovering co pays for a procedure that never happened or even just a sincere apology.

The first time Rosa, scheduling coordinator, waited until the day before my procedure to send the authorization to my insurance, the paperwork was wrong so my insurance denied, causing us to reschedule the whole thing the day before. Cost 4 holiday days, not even an apology.

The second time Rosa once again did not insure that I had a certain form to sign and when I showed up the morning of the procedure , 6am, they wouldn’t do the procedure because the form needed to be signed 72 hrs before.

I work 24hr shift work, overtime is crucial to my income, and I work very hard for my benefit days.

The clinic can’t do anything to make it right but management and the person responsible won’t even speak to me at this point. I’ve been promised a call back on multiple occasions with no response from Candice or the doctor. Honestly I’m just looking for the person responsible to take ownership and make a sincere apology. They seriously won’t even do that.

This place is sincerely a disgrace to the healthcare profession. I hate leaving these reviews but hopefully it prevents someone from having my situation.

Maritza, Rosa, Candice, you guys should be ashamed of yourselves.

came in with simple injury. doctor was clueless. waste of precious time. no diagnosis - just billable anything and send you on your way. front desk can't give you simple urine test results either after six days. best to go elsewhere.

how did i end up here? bad referral. i was feeling desperate. they were unsurprisingly available.

The front office supervisor is HORRIBLE. (Maritza )Unprofessional and a very condescending voice . Made my grandmother upset . Maybe she needs to learn her table manners again . Choose a different profession.

Probably one of the worst and most unprofessional doctors offices I’ve ever dealt with. Called four times for information regarding a procedure, no call back. 5 days before the procedure still no call. I call in “sorry we have no record of your procedure” I tell them that’s funny because I have a printed off slip you have me after the consultation it’s in your computer somewhere. They tell me “ok we will put and urgent tag on it.” 24 hours later 2 days before the procedure still no call, still no help, nothing. I cancelled the following day and for some reason all the data is magically there now and cancellation is easy takes 5 seconds. What a joke completely unprofessional, makes me think they could care less about you as a patient real great feeling pre operation. These people should be ashamed

I had a perfect experience here. Friendly, professional staff, no problems whatsoever with phone communications, appointment scheduling, short wait times, and Dr. Khoddami was super friendly, professional and took his time with me. Office was immaculate, no problems with parking, easy to find building in a great location … couldn’t ask for a better experience 🙂

I saw Dr Jill Hall - humiliated by her. I felt she projected a superior demeanor- did not give me personal space. Basically , harshly asked “ have you looked down there” as she examined me. I did not return. I truly believe she has issue with minority female patients. Front desk staff very good pros.

I have rarely encountered such a poor medical office. My husband had a TURP procedure with a catheter afterward. A urine sample was taken. A few days later the sample tested positive, and an antibiotic was ordered, but no one called us! When we went in for a follow-up a few days later the nurse mentioned the infection. We had no idea what she meant. We both checked our phones. We never got a call that he had a urinary tract infection. Fortunately it had not gotten much worse, but I've never seen such poor communication.

Absolutely the worse office ever. If you can, find another practice that does not use this office, especially because it is incharge of scheduling surgeries for doctors at VCMH. 8 phone calls on different days to try to schedule my bladder cancer surgery. My cancer had returned and was told to call the surgery cordinator if nobody called after 7 days. No one would call back, so I finally called and left a message with the office manager. Got a call the next day telling me they were short handed and someone would call me in two weeks. No calls, but finally the surgery cordinator answered the my phone call and we got surgery set after 2.5 months of waiting as cancer grows in my body. So I was told to come back in 7 days for preop with my surgeon. Preop was with no surgeon but a nurse practioner. WORST OFFICE EVER!!
