I really like their check-in system. I simply scanned a bar code outside the office door, filled out the normal medical questions, provided my phone number and waited in my car until I was called. I even got in a small nap. When I got called I was admitted immediately. The staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I was impressed with the procedures they conducted, such as, an ekg, lab work and a health physical. They do a little more than other urgent cares I’ve been to. Thank you for such a pleasant and comfortable visit.

I had an excellent experience at Ventura Urgent Care. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and attentive. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and I barely had to wait before being seen.

The care was great and staff was very friendly. However, we made an appointment for 8:20am for our sick infant but weren’t actually seen until a full hour later. When I asked about when a doctor would be seeing us, I was told there were people ahead of us and that our appointment wasn’t a real appointment because it’s a walk-in only facility. That is extremely misleading. We would have been there when they opened at 8am to ensure we were seen first if that was the case. There needs to be something on the website stating that appointments are irrelevant and the option to actually make an appointment needs to be removed completely from the website.

I had a work injury and needed stitches. Everything went great until my follow-up. I waited 4 hours before I was called to see the doctor. Everyone was courteous and professional, just a VERY long wait.

The medical technician and physician assistant were wonderful! The girls at the front desk were as well! Our wait time was a bit extra which surprised me because we had an appointment. But it is the cold and flu season- so we understood.

Was my first time using this Urgent Care. Staff was so friendly and I was taken back to a room within 20 minutes from arrival. Assessed and treated quickly. Doctor was so sweet and compassionate. I would highly recommend this Urgent Care.

The reviews for this urgent care were mostly horrible however i had a really good experience here and i would definitely recommend this urgent care to people i know. Infact i brought home a business card to post it in the community area of my living space. I also recommend using the online scheduling system. That’s what i did this morning at 9am and was able to schedule an appointment for 9:40am. All is good. I’m glad i chose this urgent care.

Everyone here is so helpful
And if it’s not too busy you’re in and out fairly quickly compared to other places I’ve been to. My kids have gone here 5x in the last month and they’ve been treated excellently every single time. I love this urgent care .
