These uniforms are great! The only ones I use, I'm a nurse and I need to be comfortable. Recently I bought the wrong style pants and I needed to return them. I called them and right a way a customer representative was on the phone, his name is Nathan and to tell you that he was great was an understatement, he guided me completely through the return process. I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company and its customer care. This was my first time purchasing scrubs, and I was debating between other companies and Careismatic Brands. Unfortunately, I made the wrong choice.

I placed my order in September and have spent months trying to get a straight answer about the status of my purchase. I called customer service four times, with the most recent call being today. During this call, I was informed for the first time that there had been a warehouse location change and that I would be refunded. However, this is not what I was told in my previous calls.

Approximately 1-1.5 months ago, I called to check on my order and was told that there was also a warehouse change but reassured that my product had already been created with customization and would soon ship out as it was being picked up from the warehouse. I was explicitly told that the order could not be refunded because it was customized. Today’s update completely contradicted that.

The lack of communication and consistency is unacceptable. If the company was aware of warehouse issues, why was I not proactively informed? Why did I have to call multiple times just to get a straight answer? The entire process has been riddled with misinformation, delays, and unprofessionalism.

As a first-time customer, this experience has left me with no confidence in this company. I will not be purchasing from them again and will be warning others to stay away. If you value transparency and reliable customer service, look elsewhere.

Ordered scrub pants and never received any shipping information to track when they’d be here. Emailed customer service at the email provided from when I purchased. No response.
Called several times, could not get an answer where my package was. Called again and they responded that it was already delivered a week ago.
Explained that I did not receive it. They said to contact UPS because it was sent and out of their hands.
Filed a request for an investigation with UPS.

This company is a disgrace. I ordered a pair of scrubs for $50 2 months ago and still have not received them. I was advised by UPS there was a $218 freight charge that needs to be settled (on a $50 pair of pants!). Careismatic is responsible for covering freight fees (as per an email and their terms), but are insisting it is an import charge despite UPS stating otherwise. I have emailed them 5 times and not once have they responded to the actual content of my email and insist that I need to contact UPS and cover this fee. They also will not let me cancel the order. Their customer service is appalling. They do not listen to the customer or care about finding a resolution to a dispute. I advise you to order with someone else.

Ordered scrubs for my staff mid September, never arrived and found out they were returned to sender even though our office was open 9am-6pm. Contacted them and was informed I would need to re-order but they offered free next day shipping to make up for the issues getting them. We were satisfied with that solution until they wouldn't help us get it sorted on the phone. They pushed me off the phone at my request to process it with them on the phone and assured me "just call back with our order number and they would take care of it," and then when we did that they said they would no longer give us our shipping for free, basically lying to my face to keep an order and sticking me with $40 worth of extra cost in shipping. Buyer beware, this company is a waste of your time and money. I first ordered over a month ago and have finally received the order today. I will not be back,

I am using Medelita brand for many years and their quality of material and work is exceptional.
My recent orders (since Medelita merged with Careismatic) took almost 2 month to arrive and the ordered embroidery was incomplete after I received the order. Ron (customer care) was very helpful to resolve the issue although still I had to put a new order that will take time to arrive.
In general this is the only problem that I have had in the last few years. I will continue to shop Medelita for sure.

I needed to update my previous comments as of today (12/16/2024): for the second time, after more than one month from the time that I placed an order, they sent an email and canceled my order. They offered me discount in my future orders which I am not sure if I will again since the company is completely unreliable. When I called to track my credit back since they canceled my order one week ago, the rep notified me that now she has to request it from the credit department. Very disappointing and inconvenient.
