Heather, her nurse, and the ladies at the front desk are absolutely amazing ! The whole office goes above and beyond for their patients. Heather and her nurse spend time listening to our needs and genuinely care, not only about your health but your family/personal life.
I had been looking for a good family doctor for me, my husband, and child that we can feel comfortable/safe with and build a good family doctor relationship. I am extremely thankful annd impressed by Heather, her nurse/office staff, and the medical facility.

The quality of care that they provide at Seneca in Chester is the absolute best !

Very thorough review of my little guy and his symptoms. She figured out exactly what was going on in order to prescribe the appropriate antibiotics, rather than just assuming. Super good with small children, too!

I had my first appointment with Lori Koehler and what I breath of fresh air. We are very lucky to have her at Seneca. She spent about 30 mins with me discussing my past history and how we would approach things going forward and she seemed very knowledgeable with the topics that we were talking about. She went the extra mile with me, and I appreciate that. Also a big thanks to Brady for his help.

Very well run medical operation. Dr Heather Smith, her front-office person Chris, the main lobby staff ( Rene) are exceptional. And Dr Smith looked so cool in purple scrubs!

Dr. Russo is very knowledgeable when it comes to latest medications and treatments. He spent a decent amount of time diagnosing and provided insurance company with information to get my prior authorization through quickly.
