Duane the owner is very knowledgable even if it means he won't make a sale about what you are looking to solve because he suggests an alternative that doesn't require you to buy something. Now that';s service and dedication to satisfying the customer. These guys are super helpful and the store is so well stocked, try and stump them to not have what you need. Impossible. The best hardware store in California. The whole staff is so friendly.

Very knowledgeable & helpful people. Clean wide aisles, huge selection, and well lit. Went in for a valve for very old plumbing. Employee suggested fitting could be 2 different incompatible types. So I got both & returned the one that didn't fit. Hint: don't joke with the girl at the register. Not a real jovial person.
