As a veteran, it can be difficult to k ow where to go, and whole it's not always clear, the VA Chatsworth Vet Center is genuinely helpful. They checked in a couple weeks later to make sure I was good to go. Please remember these folks are helping lots of people at once, call back and ask again if you need to!

The staff at this and the Sepulveda center are either incompetent or malicious. Either way, they are dysfunctional. The director, Daliah is ignorant of information releases by the organization to the VA and it is reckless and irresponsible. I will be advocating to policy makers that this entity is restructured from the bottom up.

Do better, the taxpayer deserves it. Shame on you.
